Stunning, Large Historic Annapolis Home, Steps to Downtown, Private Driveway!

This is an absolutely wonderful property. The layout of the house is perfect for larger families or groups. We were seven old friends who found the openness of the plan perfect for our needs.The location was excellent and the outside features and landscaping beautiful.The kitchen was a cook's kitchen but needed more instruction on how some of the more modern appliances worked. Adding a simple sign with directions would be helpful.

Beautiful home and super centrally located! Communication was very easy and fast. I would definitely recommend this property. Parking for three cars was a plus.

Perfect location in DTA. Walkable to everything. Parking for 2 large, possibly 3 small vehicles is a huge bonus. We spent time outside in back yard area and very nice. Nice Weber gas grill. Kitchen is very large with a huge island. Beds all comfortable. Soap dispensers in all showers is s nice touch. Communication with host was excellent. Would definitely recommend, and we hope to stay again.

Great home for family gathering and proximity to downtown Annapolis.

What an amazing stay! The check-in/out was a breeze. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed to cook tons of meals at home. We all had our own space while still feeling close together. We will definitely be staying here again during our next visit!

We loved everything about this VRBO! The home was so exquisitely renovated inside. We had the best family time in the open kitchen-dining-living room. The kitchen was SO well equipped for all our socializing. The bedrooms were comfortable and beautiful. Parking for three cars was available in the driveway.

Great house, great location. We enjoyed our stay! My guests jokes that Nick Saban must be the property manager given all the signs posted, detailed rules and consequences spelled out. :)

Stayed here for USNA Class of 1985's 40th Reunion. Home was awesome, very clean, ideal location close to USNA and downtown with parking for 3 cars. Couldn't have asked for more. We were busy with reunion events the whole weekend and didn't really get to enjoy the house to its fullest potential. Wish we'd had time to hang at the house more, but we need to come back and spend a whole week here in Annapolis in order to do that. Highly recommend!!

Got ready in this house for my wedding! It was perfect, felt like a true home - not like your typical rental. Highly reccomend!

We had the best time! I rented this house for my friends that came into town for my bridal shower and it was in the most perfect spot! Open floor plan on the first floor and a huge kitchen so it was such a great space to entertain after. Sean was super responsive and answered my call right away when I had a minor issue getting in the house with the key pad and fixed it in 2 seconds! 10/10 experience, would definitely rent again!

The location is in walking distance to everything in town - once we parked in the private driveway - we did not take the car again until we left. (plus room for 3 cars)The home itself is amazing - out of a decorator magazine - all the rooms are beautiful and all the comforts of home - the 5 bedrooms were perfect for our family - attending a wedding in town - we enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee in the morning - there is a quaint coffee/bookstore a short block walk from the front porch as well as a wine/beer/snack store on the same block. - The large dining area inside allowed us all to have breakfast together.. We highly recommend this home and will stay again when in the area. The hosts were very easy to communicate with.

This is the fifth time we've stayed in this fantastic downtown Annapolis house. The location and off-street parking can't be beat. The house is beautifully furnished and provides first floor gathering place, plus plenty of private spaces so family members can have time to themselves. This home is managed by a local owner who responds in minutes to issues and questions. This is a huge, huge plus for us. We can't recommend this house enough!!!!

We came to Annapolis from FL and CA for a family reunion to celebrate my mom’s 90th … the property is perfectly located and very well maintained… can’t wait to return!

Nice home, comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Located a comfortable walk from points of interest. Owner was quick to respond to all messages. Parking for 3 cars which was nice. Backyard could use a little tic.

Stayed with a group of friends for a friends reunion annual weekend. Large kitchen accommodated our group hangouts and game playing. There is a pool table in the basement for chill out moments and thoughtfully appointed kitchen and baths. My only note is that there is no shower in the basement. The online listing seemed to suggest there was.
