Cool 1870's home anchored in the Historic District with modern amenities.

Stayed for my daughter‘s commissioning week ‘26. The location was perfect. We were able to easily walk anywhere without worrying about traffic and parking. And although there is no parking space at the home, they provided us with one parking permit, so we were able to park on the street and usually found a place fairly easily. I was concerned about all of the stairs in the home as there is not a bathroom on the main level, but my elderly mother navigated everything with ease. The hosts were responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with. We were grateful they welcomed us in their beautiful home.

Home was great. Only suggestion is letting the renter know where the outside garbage bins were. We wanted to take out the garbage but didn’t know where to take it.

Beautiful home with plenty of spaces to socialize. The home was clean and comfortable. It was close to all Annapolis has to offer.

Perfect Stay in Annapolis!We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t have been better! The house was less than a five-minute walk to the city docks and Main Street. The house itself was perfect for our occasion. When we arrived, there was a thoughtful basket of snacks and goodies waiting for us along with a kind welcome note, which made it feel extra special!All of the bedrooms were very clean and nicely made up, and we especially enjoyed the peaceful backyard and back porch—having our morning coffee out there each day was such a treat. Just around the corner, there’s also a charming little bookstore with amazing coffee that quickly became our favorite spot.Shawn was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Annapolis!

Beautiful home steps from both shops on Maryland Avenue and Main Street. For our group specifically, easy walk and access to USNA. Owners were very friendly and responsive to all of our questions and flexible in discussing requests.

What a lovely home and perfect location. All the details big and small are taken care of here. The beds are super comfortable. The porch and courtyard allowed are guests to have both private and cozy conversation spaces. We had the best time.

We had extended family in town to attend our daughter's graduation from the Naval Academy and the Harmon's property exceeded expectations! First of all, the location was superb as everything was walkable. In addition, the house was roomy and clean. We highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay at this property during Commissioning Week! The owners were very responsive and communication was great. We were even able to get a parking spot for the week. The house is about 3 blocks to Gate 1 and 2 blocks to Gate 3. It is so close even our 83 year old parents were able to make the walk. The owners were completely reliable...Ive heard nightmare stories about owners canceling last minute. Thank you for a great week.
