    it is in a great location with easy access to Grand Lake and Winter Park. Clean and comfortable.Did not use Dishwasher as there was standing water and looked like one of the spray fans was broken. Reported problem and assume it will be fixed. Trash pick up could be better coordinated.

    Nice house and great location. There is a problem with a GFI switch in the garage that continually required a reset. Water pressure was poor. Attention to air vent in living room, covered in dust.

    This house has good space and was in a quiet neighborhood with nice views all around. There was construction across the street but I didn’t notice it being noisy at all. I appreciate that there were 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms which is good if traveling with multiple families. Of note, the bed description was correct but the pictures were inaccurate- there are 2 rooms that each have a triple bunk bed rather than 1 room with 2 triple bunks. One of the bunk rooms has a king and one a queen. Unfortunately there was no outdoor furniture for enjoying the patios, so consider bringing camp chairs. We purchased a few at the hardware store in town to use. We also had an issue with the water pressure in the house-hopefully this will be corrected. If it weren’t for the water issue and the lack of patio furniture, I’d have found this an ideal house for visiting Granby.

    Home was clean and had great views. Nice calm location and easy access to lakes and RMNP. Water flow was poor and sometimes completely stopped in the second floor. Dishwasher did not drain and while maintenance tried they were not able to resolve these issues on both the days we stayed.

    Large, private house that accommodated 7 adults and 2 children. Garage available to use as well as driveway for parking. Great location for doing many outdoor activities in the Fraser/Granby, and Grand Lake area. Some basic kitchen amenities were lacking. Outdoor patio space did not match the description.

    Private, large house for family vacation with great location to access fun outings. Property description was not quite accurate as far as amenities. Lovely outdoor space and gas grill perfect for BBQs did not hold true. Patio space seemed to be under construction and BBQ grill was extremely dirty with no gas or grill brush. It also did not work efficiently. There were significant water pressure issues to the point of having water flow stop in showers and sinks when in use. Many windows had no screens or screens in poor condition, so we could not open them when it got hot. We would not book this property in the future.

    The location and overall nature of the home was very nice. But... there are a lot of TLC things that need to be taken care of. To start with vacasa only allows access through the front door via a crummy e-lock. There were no instructions on how to operate it, other than punchig in a friggin 10 digit numerical code to enter. That is suuuuper annoying. They wont supply a key, or garage remotes for use once you're checked in. if you are spending a week - having access through the garage is handy. All the locks are inadequate for security. The door from the house to the garage is not lockeable without a key... which as previously stated, they won't give you access to the one in the lockbox on the front porch. This is a security issue, because the garbage company has access to the garage via the external keypad for trash collection. it's cool if the garbage man can access the garate via remote, and enter the unsecured garage, but the renter can't be trusted with the same. Almost all of the window screens were missing or are damaged. the house doesn't have AC.. so you can't cool the house without opening the windows. All the windows are cheap and the locks suck. They are tricky to operate The ceiling fans are inadequate, or in need of replacement. The master bedroom fan and light remote button face plate / labels are missing. The water trickles to stop from time to time at all hours for minutes. Dishwasher broke on us. no smoke detectors. permit is expired.
