Stayed Dec 29, 2024The house is in a wonderful community with great neighbours. It’s close to outdoor adventures for hiking, kayaking and seeing manatees. This is a big house which is great for a large family/group of friends with spaces for everyone. We were there in January and the weather was cool so we were unable to fully appreciate the pool area as it is not a heated pool. The beds for us were a little uncomfortable but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jan 14, 2024We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is a very quiet neighborhood and easy to get around and close to many grocery stores and places to eat. The owner was wonderful to work with and took great care of us. I recommend staying here. If our health allows we hope to return.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed here for a month. Upon arrival I found dog poop in the corner of screened lanai. Owner had called to see if we arrived and I told her. She contacted cleaning folks and they said they did not see it. We had taken photos which we sent to her. The house is very nice but lacks quite a few things. No lamps in the either sitting room. No coffee mugs and limited silverware. We purchased both items to enable us to entertain our children and grandchildren. I think the owner is gradually improving the property. The beds leave much to be desired. All need to be replaced.Our dog could not get on the grass for sand briers and stickers from another plant.We liked the area and probably would rent this house again after more improvements are made.

Stayed Aug 13, 2023This house is beautiful and so spacious. Deanna the owner is one of the sweetest people i have ever met. We had 2 incidents that needed addressed and she was on top of them both. She was always quick to respond and answered any time i had to contact her. She lets you have your animals even though our dogs are quite large which is hard to find. The pool is fantastic and we will most certainly book this property again. Homosassa was so quiet and homey, it has everything you need and is still a small town. I encourage anyone to take advantage of this home, the jack and jill bathroom in the master with the large closets was my favorite. There are also 2 other bedrooms 2 baths and 2 living areas both with dining tables so if you have kids you can enjoy your own space without them being on top of you! Also one final thing we didn't realize until we were at the end of our trip, the sliding glass door in the main living/dining area opens completely to provide an open space directly out to the pool for family fun and functions. Sorry to ramble but we were very pleased and fortunate to have found this home. 5 stars all the way!
