Stunning home just steps to the beach, bike path, downtown Marquette, and NMU

Fantastic place to stay! Clean, beautiful, and the owners live next door and are ready to help or get whatever is needed. The town is beautiful, the people are super friendly, and the sights are breathtaking! We’re already planning a return trip this fall!

Fantastic rental! We were visiting our NMU student over Easter and this place was perfect for us. Excellent location, close to NMU campus, Lake Superior, and downtown Marquette. The place was, charming, clean, well appointed, and spacious for our family of 5. Dore was proactively communicative and check in was a breeze. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again. Thanks for a great stay!

Our host was very welcoming and gave us a personal tour, making sure that we would be comfortable and happy, which we were in her wonderfully clean home. We had everything we needed and then some.

walkable to beach and downtown. Great accommodations with best equipped kitchens we've ever had in a rental. Recreational opportunities provided though not used in our packed conference weekend.

We stayed for 3 nights with our adult children (6 people total). Super convenient location, very clean. The host has thought of everything to make people comfortable. Communication with her was very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great at Dore’s place. It was way better than the pictures super clean and comfortable. Everything was updated and cute. My oldest teen enjoyed the basement as he felt like he had his own apartment. Would definitely recommend staying here and would not hesitate to book this if we are in the area again. Great location, super easy check in as the host met us and explained everything in detail.

This property is amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. It is so nice. Easy walk into town. We had three couples here and enough room for all of us to spread out and be comfortable. Dore is an amazing host! Would most certainly rent this home again!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We came with our 3 young children, ages 6.5, 3.5 and 2. The house was stocked with kids toys, books, bikes, helmets, wagons, bath toys, a high chair, everything and more we could possibly need for children. The location was perfect, walkable to the beach and a very close drive to downtown Marquette. Dore’ our host, was friendly, communicative and gave us a full tour before our stay. We try to get up to Marquette annually and will absolutely be renting this house again! Thank you for everything!

Lovely home in a great location! We were 3 generations staying together and there was room for all of us. Dore’ has made the house a wonderful place to stay with children. It is a quick walk to the beach, a little longer walk to downtown or third street (or a very short drive). We will stay there again when in Marquette!

My wife and I grew up in Marquette and were in town to visit with our family and old friends. With our three toddlers in tow, the house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Between the warm welcome from Dore’, the proximity to the beach (walkable for even a quick dip or just to catch sunrise in the morning), the plethora of outdoor toys and equipment available (bikes for all ages, scooters, beach toys and furniture, etc.), and the well-stocked toy cupboard in the basement, our kids would have been happy just staying at the house all week! Parking was easy, even for visiting family members, and the location felt safe and secure the entire time. Getting our whole family back to Marquette is hard, so we don’t get to come back as often as we’d like, but this house definitely made the trip a lot more comfortable and will absolutely be our first choice when we return!

We had the best time, walking distance to the beach, parks, and downtown. The house was so cute, well stocked with games and toys, and Dore was so welcoming and friendly.

We loved this house! It was spotless, well stocked, and so comfortable. The location was ideal for us as it was so close to bike trails, shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very kind and welcoming….we’re definitely planning on a return trip next year!

Traveling to see the NMU Women's Basketball team for 2 games... the house was a perfect place to rest and relax between games. There was plenty of room to invite our daughters and their roommates over for pizza and birthday cake!

Very clean, nicely decorated with updated fixtures. Plenty of space for our family to gather to eat, play games and watch football. Great communication. Had everything we needed.

We’ve stayed here before, and hope to stay here again! It’s a great place with a great host, who is super responsive, and readily available to help with anything you may need. It’s extremely clean and very well appointed! We love Marquette, and we love this house!

The location is amazing, only two blocks from the bay for all the sunrises you can imagine. It is a perfect jumping off point to go anywhere inland or further north. I highly recommend.
