Property was fine and location was great but there are a few things you should beware of! 1. You are booking THROUGH VRBO, not WITH VRBO. Payment must be made through a real estate office and they charge a heavy credit card fee. They also make you sign their own lease. This was highly unusual for me and I didn’t appreciate not knowing this before I booked. 2. The house is bare bones. No sheets, towels, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc. It’s all BYOB. The few bedding items that are there are filthy, we went and bought our own pillows. The home could have also been a lot cleaner. These are definitely professional photos and you’ll notice that right away.
