Stunning Ft. Lauderdale 3/2 home minutes from beaches, casinos, airport & more

We had a lovely relaxing stay. It is close to the airport and the other areas of Ft. Lauderdale that we visited. The neighborhood was quiet. Aside from having the expected items (dining items, pots and pans, towels and bedding) there were pool supplies and other things that you might need and have forgotten, like plastic baggies, tea bags, and Band-Aids. The door lock battery died while we were there and I messaged Peter, who called me within 5 minutes to arrange a time to come and fix it and also make sure that it was not causing us problems with our plan for the day. The house is perfect for a family and we had a wonderful time seeing Ft. Lauderdale and being able to go back to the house and relax in the backyard and swim in the pool just made it even better.

Wonderful back yard in the Riverland Village neighborhood. Great access to airport and Ft. Lauderdale beach area and Las Olas Blvd. restaurants/stores. Everything was as advertised and the pool and landscaped backyard was the best for early-morning sun time.

Nice place for 3 couples. Pool was perfect to unwind in after our busy days.

The accommodations were excellent! The host provided excellent instruction on how things worked on the property! The warm welcoming and very clean! I will definitely stay there again next time I am in Fort Lauderdale/Miami.

We enjoyed everything about this beautiful place. We enjoyed the backyard and the pool, immensely, I spent lots of time in the hammock. The kitchen was the perfect size, we cooked breakfast and dinner every day. The master bedroom was perfect for our needs. The house was exactly what we needed, we will be back. I highly recommend this property

This house was impeccably clean and well-appointed for a superb vacation experience. The beds are all comfortable, and there is plenty of space to spread out. The backyard is spectacular with so many sitting areas and places to enjoy the outdoors. The home is quiet as is the neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly when we encountered them while enjoying walks. This home is ideally located for easy highway access and trips to the beach or either Miami or Fort Lauderdale.

Host was very welcoming! House was very clean with beautiful decor and comfy beds! House was in a great location with easy access, by car, to many great places!! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

We only stayed one night but the house and the amenities were very nice. The house was clean and everything worked as intended. If I were to suggest anything, it would be to have an occupant sensor on the light in the laundry area, so we didn't have to walk into a dark room.

Very cute place it was a bit chilly for the pool but perfect for nightly fires in the fire pit.

Peters home is clean, fresh, and very comfortable. Lots of cozy conversation areas indoors and out which made for great family visits. The pool was so relaxing and refreshing on a hot July weekend.Peter was quick to respond to all questions and was an all around wonderful host!

We came for 48 hours just to reset and relax for my birthday. Peter was an amazing host communicated with me the entire time. The property is beautiful super clean super convenient to grocery stores food places etc. the backyard setup is a vibe too! The pool was nice and cool after a hot day. My husband, 12-year old twin boys, and my 81-year old mother enjoyed a two (2) night stay in this beautiful property prior to our cruise departure.I can’t say enough about the property owner, Peter. He was wonderful to communicate with and so accommodating.The home was IMMACULATE and had all of the comforts of home.We happened to be there on Super Bowl Sunday and especially enjoyed the 70-inch television for watching the game while the boys swam in the backyard.The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms updated, and the backyard was like a resort! Would definitely stay again!!!
