Stayed Sep 5, 2025Beds and linens were comfortable and plentiful. All the supplies that you need are officially stocked. Only negative comment is the parking situation. Neighbors didn’t follow same rules as we did and blocked our garage. Excellent communication from property management, allowed us to check in early and booked an extra day. Oh! I forgot to mention the VIEW!!! Gorgeous!

Stayed Feb 22, 2025Nice property but 4 levels and elevators did work properly which resulted in miserable stay . Our son got stuck on third floor, we had to carry down steep steps. Security code was not setup for our arrival so delayed entry. Only stayed one night of the three planned. If you depend on an elevator I would not recommend this place.

Stayed Mar 8, 2024Our stay was great, would definitely book again if ever In Nashville. The townhouse was able to accommodate everyone in the group. A lot of construction going on in the area and very limited space but overall best one over there for sure.

Stayed May 18, 2023There were 16 of us, consisting of 3 families that stayed at this property to celebrate a birthday. The property was just as described in the listing. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and very accommodating for a large group. The game room/movie room area was fun and the views from the deck areas to the downtown was beautiful. We had to Uber everywhere but did not experience any difficultly getting cars at any time. I did need to reach out to John regarding the check in process, he answered his phone and helped with the situation immediately. We would not hesitate staying at this property again.

Stayed Mar 8, 2023I stayed at this property for two weeks while recovery from surgery. Most of that time I was alone. I felt safe the condo has an alarm system and elevator that made it easy on me. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent. The view from the roof top was great!
