Stunning Beach Home/Private pool with large backyard/ 7 Min walk to beach

The property was exactly as described and top notch. Jonathan was a very gracious host and took care of our needs. We hope to stay here again next year.

This wonderful home was the perfect place for our family of 4 (plus 2 medium dogs) to spread out, relax & escape the snow at home. The listing is completely accurate from the layout & description, to items included. An open-concept layout meant a large, inclusive living space for us to hang out while doing different things (ie. kids relaxed on the huge sectional,while my hubby cooked & I was at the kitchen table. But the master was on opposite ends of the house from the 3 spacious guest rooms. The master was large & bright, had a comfy king bed & nice ensuite. All the rooms had nice-sized smart TV’s. The living/family room had the largest TV-great for family movie nights-important b/c we had a rainy first 2 days. Super comfy sectional couch had room for all of us & space to spare. The home was all hardwood-SO important for pet-friendly places & beach houses! It made the daily sweep so easy. The outdoor space here was wonderful! The yard was big, fenced private. The pool was huge & clean, with sun shelf, loungers & patio, dining table & umbrella, bar/firetable. All so spacious! There were outdoor speakers to stream your music & a shed with all the pool & beach “stuff” you could need. There’s also a bbq & starter kit of sundries is given.There was a stacked washer & dryer tucked in the hallway bathroom! Jon was very responsive to our few questions. The gorgeous beach was about a 6-7 min walk straight down Folly Field Rd, or a 4-min bike ride. Loved it! 12/10!

Perfect location and we loved the pool!

We had an incredible stay! The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 pups, Having a fenced in yard gave us peace of mind, and the pool was beautiful. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the beach—the location couldn’t have been more perfect!

The stay was ok. Needed more linens and covers for the pull out coach and futon. Musty odor when u come into the house and odor in couches.

The house was beautiful and felt like home the moment we walked in. It is maybe an 8 minute walk to the beach - the walkway on the sand is covered with a mat making is so easy to get to the ocean. 10/10 highly recommended this vacation home.

We stayed November 2025 and had an amazing time! We come to HHI every year and this has been one of our favorite places to stay! The hosts were amazing to speak to and responded instantly. The hoke was very clean and well maintained, as well as the pool heater working fantastically. They have all of the beach/pool necessities already there which was so nice to not have to lug to and from home.

House was so comfortable and we loved the pool! Our pups loved the fenced in back yard, and we were minutes to the beach. Beautiful! We would absolutely recommend, and would love to visit again!

Great place to stay. Short walk to the beautiful Folly beach, plenty of room and nice pool. Communications were easy and lots of privacy. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for 4 couples. The pool heater was a nice touch because the weather was windy and rainy the entire weekend.

This home was perfect for our family with adult children and our two dogs. We enjoyed relaxing in the fenced backyard and in the pool. Great location near the beach. The home was well equipped with everything we needed for a nice week in Hilton Head. Good communications with the hosts on a minor issue. Looking forward to a return visit!

This pool in the backyard was great. Gets cleaned twice a week in season. Pots pans dishes. Fully stocked kitchen and a grill outside near the pool. Close to the beach just a short shaded walking path! Everything about this rental was excellent. Would highly recommend!

We came down for our nephew’s graduation from the Marine corp boot camp. This house was about an hour away but was perfect for us. We wanted a pool and close to the beach. This house has both. The house was clean, well stocked and in a great neighborhood. The rooms are great size for all of us. The host was great. We didn’t need to talk with them but they did let us know early the morning we were checking in that we could check in early. Which was great. So over all everything was as shown on the site and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our week in Hilton Head. Great location and nice to have a pool with the rental, however, the house and pool could use some updating.

We had adult children coming to Hilton Head from Ohio, Michigan and Oregon for the week. We have always loved H.H. and being able to all stay in one place was an amazing experience. We had so much to do with our own pool and the beach so close. The house accommodated all eight of us perfectly. This opportunity was a gift and we are planning to return.

Wonderful beach home, clean, lots of pool and beach gear, was able to walk to beach with dog and wagon. Location is less congested than Coligney but easy enough to get to all areas. Shelter Cove is 5 minutes away. Thoroughly enjoyed pool and backyard. Hosts were so accommodating.

It was a cute and quaint house, we had great access to the beach. We felt like we were part of the community rather than a guest as visitors. Highly recommend for families who want quality time with everyone.

I enjoyed a month-long stay and found the house to be well supplied and comfortable. The grassy landscsped yard was excellent!

Lovely little house with excellent short walk to beach, very comfortable beds

We enjoyed our private pool house on Hilton Head Island. The house had everything we needed for us and our 2 dogs. We prepared breakfast and lunch at the house and enjoyed several local restaurants for dinner. The fully fenced yard was fantastic. It was a bit cool for the pool but we did sit with out legs in it. Or just lounged beside it. We walked to the beach everyday from the house, the paved pathway is wonderful. Being late October overall it was a quiet getaway for us, that we enjoyed.

Such a lovely house with plenty of room for the family to spend time together, or have their own space. Beautiful home with a short walk to the beach or putt putt with the family. Great pool, games to play with the family in the evenings. Hosts were wonderful and easy to contact. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our two week stay at this property with family and our two dogs. House had plenty of space and was well equipped, with a privacy fence enclosed backyard and pool. When we were not at the beach we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Short walk to the beach!
