MAIN LIVING SPACE: Relax in a sunny, first-floor living area, with comfy sofas, chairs, and a big-screen TV. The space opens to the dining area, with a table for six, and into to the kitchen, with four additional barstools at the island. Woven, natural fiber seating, a happy lobster wall hanging, and a shell-encrusted frame on a mirror lend a beachy feel. Equipped with gas cooking, a wet bar, and large island, the kitchen makes a great place for enjoying good food and great company. Whether you’re getting a snack or watching TV in the family room, no one is left out of the conversation with this open plan.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Grey Mist features three bedrooms-all with king-size beds. The downstairs primary suite offers a glamorous, spa-like bath with garden tub and large separate shower. The second floor has a second primary suite with private bathroom. The third king bedroom shares a bathroom with the open bunk alcove near the top of the stairs. This kid’s paradise features two sets of twin bunks each with a pull out trundle and plenty of floor space to play; plus it has a TV and DVD player.

GREAT FEATURES: Grey Mist has professionally decorated interiors, with tile flooring on the lower level and hardwood flooring upstairs. But chances are you’ll spend a lot of time on the wrap-around porch with the swing and Adirondack chairs. Plus, you’ll be just a short walk or bike ride to the beach and Lake Colby, fully stocked so you can enjoy the classic Port Aransas pastime of fishing.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a playscape. Sandy Paws Dog Park offers a destination for dog walkers. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

Grey Mist is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Grey Mist the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's guests violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

The home was located close to the small pool and town square and restaurants. The layout was fantastic in the house with a large master downstairs for grandparents. 2 other king bedrooms up and a great kids loft. I would highly recommend this home.
