On the third floor, you will find a Master king room and ensuite bathroom and 2 guest rooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. On the fourth floor, you will find a Master king room with an ensuite bathroom 3 guest rooms with a king bed, 2 twin/twin bunk beds, and a queen/queen bunk bed. This home sleeps 20 comfortably. In accordance with HOA rules, personal beach umbrellas are not permitted to ensure guest safety. However, a seasonal beach vendor is available for the rental of beach chairs and umbrellas at your own expense.

*Pool Heating - is available Seasonally for $50 per day. Please note that pool heat is available starting on the day you request it to be turned on and must be paid for for the entirety of your stay-no partial-day bookings. To ensure we can accommodate your request, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours' notice before your arrival or the day you’d like the pool heated.
