Stunning Beach Delight with Spa, Fire Pit, Parking & Walk to Beach

I have nothing but good things to say about this. Location is perfect, property is exactly as described and sparkling clean, hot tub was just right, and the kitchen was the most fully stocked I have ever seen at a rental property. The host was incredibly warm and communicative and the price was reasonable. We will definitely return. Thank you!

This property is a great location for beach or bay days and nights at Belmont. A few things to note of you are considering this rental since the pictures don’t make it easy to tell. The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is a queen bed and the king bed is in a regular bedroom. This wasn’t an issue for our family but was not what I expected. The parking spot is also quite tight so take note of the dimensions the host provides. I was able to squeeze my Prius in but anything larger would be a challenge. We easily found parking on the street for my husbands truck. Also, the beach location is well manned by life guards which brought peace of mind with our kiddos boogie boarding and surfing. I would definitely stay here again!

OVERALL THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Not really anything I can write about that wasn’t a surprise, the host was accurate in their description. The parking is very narrow, our 2015 Toyota sienna barely fit. It’s close to the beach, not a far walk at all for our boys ages 3-8-11-13-16. There’s sand toys and other things like chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach and an ice chest. There’s no AC but some standing fans that helped with air flow. The hot tub was nice to have to relax after the beach and at night. It’s easy to lock back up after use. There’s a shower on the side of the house that has hot water in the alley and another faucet low for your feet makes it easy to rinse kids off. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed even a crockpot and blender. Smart TV in every room. Be aware that planes fly overhead every minute, you get used to it I guess. Beach had several volleyball nets, wasn’t too crowded and was nice and clean. Life guards were awesome there too! Water was cold for just a few seconds then you get used to it. It was a cute and relaxing vacation for our family of 7.

This was a nice place in a great location! Parking spot was too small for my vehicle and ended up getting a small scratch on my door. The bedroom that has bathroom attached is smaller than master and bathroom did not have any counter space of shelves.

Our stay was perfect. The home was just what we needed. Three spacious rooms, two bathrooms and a quick walk to the beach. The host was very responsive and even allowed early check in. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great stay at this home! It was very clean when we arrived, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach, making it so easy to take quick walks to catch the sunsets.One of our favorite parts was spending evenings outside by the fire pit making s’mores—it really made for special family memories. The house was also fully stocked with everything we needed to grill, which was a huge plus. We especially appreciated the extra beach gear that was available—it made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable.Overall, this is the perfect place for a family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place was everything described in the listing and more! My family loved our stay here — especially the hot tub!You can be at the beach in seconds and when the sun goes down and it gets chilly, you can run home to the hot tub — it’s perfect.Great location for coffee shops / restaurants / Belmont Park as well.Definite 5 star stay — we will back for sure!!

We had a fantastic time! The location was great, super easy to get to lots of places, and the proximity to the beach was great! The hosts were very responsive, and the house was clean and well-appointed. We truly had the best week and already can't wait to come back!

If you're looking for the perfect beach location, this is it! It's also an excellent location for going out to the amusement park and the SD Zoo. We loved the hot tub and all the beach toys. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. It was also really nice having a private parking space (although don't plan on parking anything longer than a minivan). Host was always quick to respond to any questions and very friendly and helpful. Thanks for an awesome stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It is spacious and well equipped. The dedicated parking spot was really helpful. The location can’t be beat…just steps from the beach. The patio and hot tub were great. The management company (Coast Vacation Homes) was really great. They were super responsive and had a whole web page of helpful instructions and hints specifically for the unit. Can’t wait to come back.

Excellent communication from the host! Responsive & friendly, personal. Super easy check-in. Great location! Quiet down towards the end of the peninsula, which is what we preferred. Very close to both Mission Beach & Mission Bay. Furnished very nicely with comfortable beds, very nice quality bedding. Kitchen is great. Full size fridge, range, oven, etc. Truly one of the best vacation home experiences we've had. Thank you!

Wonderful accommodations - hot tub is a great touch and all at such a good price!

We stayed for six nights and look forward to coming back. The location was great. The kitchen had every tool we needed to cook. The kids loved that they could use the boogie boards at the beach. We sat in the jacuzzi every evening to relax after playing at the beach during the day. The property host was extremely responsive and helpful. We will be back! :)
