Come stay at one of the nicest vacation homes available in the Morro Bay area!  This designer-decorated home looks like it was taken from the pages of House Beautiful magazine!  Not only is the home beautifully decorated and appointed throughout, it is in a perfect location with unobstructed picturesque views of the bay and the ocean beyond and it’s within easy walking distance to downtown Morro Bay and the Embarcadero.  Across the street are stairs that lead directly down to Tideland’s park.

• 2 single kayaks available for your use.
• The living, dining and kitchen areas create a large open space with fabulous views.  From this great room, there are doors that open to a balcony with million-dollar views!
• Living room has a big screen TV, gas fireplace and comfortable seating.  There is a half bath adjacent to the living room. 
• Upstairs balcony with patio furniture and BBQ grill – great place to do some grilling!
• 2 master suites – one upstairs and one downstairs – each with king-size bed, TV and private bathroom with a large jetted tub and separate shower.
• 2 bedrooms downstairs that share a bathroom. One bedroom has two twin beds with French doors that open onto a little patio with beautiful views of the bay.  The other bedroom has a queen-size hide-away bed sofa (mattress is top-of-the-line memory foam) and TV.  

There are many activities and restaurants to take advantage of in close proximity to the home.  Go walk the Embarcadero to enjoy some shopping and eating.  Grab the kayaks that are provided at the home and go for a paddle on the bay to see the many birds and sea life that inhabit this beautiful corner of the world.  Feel like walking downtown to catch a movie one night   No problem – it is 5 minutes away.  Take advantage of all the outdoor activities Morro Bay has to offer as well – kayaking, surfing, hiking, biking and more. 

No Smoking and No Pets. This is strictly enforced.

Checkout Requirements:
To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation.
Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge.
• Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes)
• Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins
• Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats
• Lock all doors and windows
• Return any provided keys as instructed
Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee.
By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies.

    My family had a delightful stay at this property. The house was very clean and well equipped. There was an abundance of towels and tableware etc. so it felt very comfortable. The views are fabulous and the neighbours is peaceful. The house is just a short walk from the harbour and downtown shops and restaurants. We were very happy relaxing and spotting wildlife from the window over our three night stay.

    We have stayed in many VRBO rentals, but this house was truly a gem! The owners have thought of every detail possible, the kitchen is fully stocked, the bed and bath linens were top quality! We enjoyed each moment soaking up the bay views with such close proximity to shops and restaurants. This will be a must visit on our next trip!

    The view of the water from the upstairs living area made you feel like you were actually on the water. The layout of the house was also great. The neighborhood was quiet even thought just a short walk to town.

    The house is well maintained and comfortable, but some things need replacement like the carpet. Other than that the location was incredible, house was well stocked (make sure you pack all your own cosmetics….no generic soap, shampoo, etc in the showers). FYI for those traveling with young kids- the 2 twin bed room is downstairs (ground level) with a door to the street. This made us a little uneasy with a 3 and 5 year old but the doors did have 2 locks and our girls didn’t seem to notice or try to get out since the blinds were closed.
