Stunning 5 BR, 2 King Bed, 2 Garage, 4 BTH Family Friendly Home with Hot Tub

Great house. Space for everyone. Hospitality of the host was top shelf.

Fabulous home for a girls' gathering with plenty of room for all. We enjoyed the hot tub, massage chair and bright, clean bedrooms. Nearby shopping, play at the Guthrie, and a sunset dinner cruise on Lake Minnetonka all made for a wonderful getaway.

Janine is an extraordinary host. She is more than prompt when it came to responses to questions and requests. Additionally, when walking into the VRBO you are met with all lights on in the house, soft music playing on the TV, a welcome sign along with lemonade, a small frig stocked with bottled water and soda and a basket filled with goodies and breakfast items. In a couple of the bathrooms there is a basket filled with toiletries and slippers. I have been to a lot of VRBOs and have never seen this incredible welcome and generosity! Janine is the epitome of what it means to be a good host! Additionally, the kitchen was well stocked and the house met our needs in all ways. I would highly recommend this property for family gatherings or a girls stay.

This place is amazing! Definitely accomodating for our family vacation, fully equipped and even child friendly which definitely relieved some stress! The host was awesome and kept great communication, we will definitely come back!

The property is beautiful and we had a nice time. The only thing that was a slight downside but completely understandable is the hot-tub takes awhile to warm up, so if you want to use it make sure you start it up once you get there. Other then that it was great!

This was a great stay, the host was easy to reach. The home was spacious and offered a lot of features from fully stocked drink fridge, and snacks. Too often you stay at a place that doesn’t have the appropriate dishes, serving utensils. This had you covered. Coupled with a hot tub 3 gathering rooms and a foosball table. Definitely had the space and amenities to entertain families and guest.

Great trip in Minnesota over the holiday. The home is very family friendly with 3 separate living rooms. Perfect for a big family like ours! The location is also perfect with parks, walking trails and shopping nearby.

First, I have to say Janine is a Super Premier host. Have stayed in this home several times and we have arrived to a warm welcome each time. Home is clean and ready for us to stay in. Kitchen is equipped with most of what you need to prepare meals. Plenty of living space for a large group to spread out if they want. Being able to park in the garage is a plus. Great neighborhood and easy access to shopping and highways. If you are able to book this home you have made a good choice

This property had absolutely everything you would need for your stay. It was extremely clean, the kitchen was stocked with all the extras. The garages were spotless. Overall this is one of the best properties I have stayed at. I would rate this higher if I could ! Restaurants, shopping and walking/biking trails within 10 minutes.

The property was very clean and comfortable; we enjoyed our stay. Check in was just as we had been told. I was a little disappointed in the Bed situation in Bedroom 5 downstairs. It was supposed to have 1 King bed, 1 twin bed, and 2 double beds, however, the two double beds were not beds at all but rather just air mattresses. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, snacks, etc. were really a very nice touch. I would also mention that it would be nice to have more plates and silverware available because some foods just do not work to eat off paper plates with plastic silverware. Also, we could really have used a second fry pan. Other than those glitches, we enjoyed the house and our stay for some great family time.

Janine was very quick to respond to any questions. Kitchen facilities excellent.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. It offered well thought out spaces, that was suited for all age groups, and made our stay feel very “homey”.Our local family to this property said they will recommend this property for their extended family’s next visit because it was so clean and welcoming. You really did think of everything at this property, but if I could make one suggestion… a foldable clothes drying rack for laundry/wet suits. Otherwise, still 15 out of 10.

This was a GREAT PLACE for our entire family to be together. Great location for our needs and was able to have family meals on the patio.

This property is awesome for a small family gathering. Communication was easy and timely. we were in town for our son's wedding. Being able to stay in the same location as our other two kids and our grandkids made things easier and more fun. We might have gotten more sleep if we didn't have such comfortable places to chat into the wee hours of the night. The weather was rainy but we were able to still enjoy the hot tub because it is sheltered. The kitchen is well stocked with all kinds of things you might need. The bathrooms are conveniently located and clean..the heated floor in the basement is awesome! I would definitely stay here again!

We came to the cities for a girls get away weekend. Maple Grove is a beautiful town with lots of shopping close by. Our group went to the Grease musical at the Chanhassen. It was so nice to stay at this property versus a hotel. We were able to gather and visit. Beautiful, clean, and we loved the snacks and drinks! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

This is a great home to stay in. Always clean and maintained well. The listing pictures are very accurate. We didn’t need to contact Janine because everything was there that we needed Second time for us staying in the home with plans to stay again later in the year

We had an amazing time in this rental. 3 families came together for 2 nights and found ourselves right at home in the space. The hot tub was the cherry on top after spending all day at the mall of America. The extra touches, personalization, and effort put into the property was evident and felt throughout our stay. If we make another group trip to the area we’ll check this property first!

This property was all it says and more! Has everything one would need! The welcome baskets and beverages were a big hit! The bedrooms were well designed and quite comfortable!! The gathering spaces were large and cozy! The holiday decorations gave it a special touch!

This place was a great place for a getaway in Maple Grove, giving good access to twin cities amenities for a very fair price. The home is fantastic, hot tub temp was a bit low when we arrived, but we turned it up and a couple hours later is mir was perfect
