Stunning! 4BR/3Ba - sleeps 10 - Swim Spa, Elevator and Pets Welcome

This property was beyond my expectations.

Great location! Easy walk to the beach, lake or boardwalk. Beds were very comfortable, porches were great, especially the rooftop! Swimspa was fun for all.

The home was perfect for what we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. While we did not spend anytime on the the beach, it is close enough to walk to. We spent a lot of time on the deck off of the living room and were able to catch a gorgeous sunrise. We didn’t use the backyard or swim spa so I can’t leave a review on those amenities, but it looked nice at night with the outdoor lights.

Great location in walking distance to the beach or to the local community park. The house was exactly as described and the beds were very comfortable. The living / dining space on the top floor is laid out perfectly for our family. Plenty of fun games to entertain. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Definitely recommend!

our stay was fantastic even with some rain from hurricane Imelda. The house was very well maintained. We did not use the spa but it looked nice. Our furbabies really liked the balcony. The elevator was a plus.we would recommend this home.

Everything was lovely! This was the perfect house for our growing family, which included my husband and I along with our sweet lab, my two daughters and their husbands and their toddler boys. We had a fantastic week!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at 214 Spartanburg Ave. The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for all of us. We liked how close it was to the beach and being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The porch was a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening chats. Everything worked as it should, and the host made the whole process simple and stress-free. We’d be happy to come back here on our next family trip to Carolina Beach.

The home was as described, very lovely and comfortable. The swim spa was a great place to relax in the evening, enjoyed sitting out on the deck for morning coffee. The home is close to the beach, just a short walk, close to restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay!

My family had a great time here! The house was spacious, well stocked, and about a 5 min walk to the beach. There was a high chair available and baby gates provided which helped since the house was multiple floors. The elevator was especially useful with lugging the bags and getting the dogs out. Only thing that was not listed is even though the house is dog friendly the fenced in area outback is not. There is a nice walking path about 5 min from the house and the veggie wagon around the corner is a must! Overall this house worked well for 8 adults, 2 little kids and 2 dogs.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach home. It is located a short distance to the beach, with a doable walk. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked multiple meals for our party of 8 per day. The hot tub was a nice treat, but the swim spa feature was not working when we were there. Tammy is easy to communicate with and reached out both prior and during our trip. The hosts have also labeled the switches, drawers, hot tub and backyard instructions, etc., which not only saves time and confusion, but kept everyone in the party on the same page.

The property was awesome. Very clean and spacious. We had a blast and would love to stay again.

Wonderful Stay, comfortable beds, ample space, beautiful decks with comfortable deck, furniture, gorgeous beach, great swim spa for after beach cooling off. We loved the veggie wagon store at the end of the street!

This property is a stand-out in Carolina Beach in that it is a detached home featuring both an elevator (that works well) and a swim spa for the non-beach lovers in your group. The entire home is well equipped and Tammi is an extremely responsive host. The backyard is lovely and quite private and the beach is just a few blocks away. Beware that the bed in the main floor bedroom is quite high (a stepstool might be nice) and that the bathroom is not private to the bedroom. Also, the cleanlng service could be a bit more thorough, but overall, an excellent house. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this house was wonderful. We made a lot of great memories this week! We visit some NC or SC beach each year and our family of 7 all agreed that this was the nicest, cleanest and most well-stocked one we e ever stayed at. There wasn’t anything that we needed that it didn’t have. The proximity to the beach and things to do was great! The backyard and swim spa was our little oasis for the week and was enjoyed by all after a morning at the beach. The property owners were very communicative and available if there was an issue. We’d definitely stay here again!

The house, property, swim spa and proximity to the beach and other attractions were all great. Inside of the house was very well stocked with the items listed, plenty of towels and toiletries. The only issue we had was the cable and Internet were out for most of the week so hopefully that’s something that can be resolved. The host was responsive and attempted to get it reset but it was never successful. Other than that, we had a great stay!

House was fantastic - perfect for our large family! Clean, close to everything, attentive hosts. Would stay again!

This property is gorgeous,very well maintained,and clean. Only 2 blocks to beach access. Extremely comfortable mattresses. The kitchen was very well stocked. Having a second full size refrigerator was very helpful. The swim spa was great for relaxing in the evenings. Would recommend highly.

Property was clean, well appointed, nicely decorated, and was within easy walking distance of beach & parks. If ever in Wilmington again I would definitely rent again.

I found Tammy‘s place as I was looking through reviews while planning our family getaway. The reviews were spot on and when we arrived, it actually was better than expected! Everything was spotless and clean, with a great smell! Everything you need is in the kitchen from the most minor details to the everyday needs as if you were living in the house! Beds were very comfortable and nothing was “run down”. You would never know this is a pet friendly place. It was spotless! The location is fabulous and within walking distance to the beach. We created amazing memories and will be back as Wilmington will be our second home in the near future! Thanks Tammy!

Wish we had known!

Our stay was absolutely lovely, and Tammy was communicative and responsive the whole time. The property was clean in the morning so we were able to check in early, and the cleaners came later in the day when we were leaving so Tammy said we could check out later if needed. The house had everything we could want and we loved it so much we tacked on an extra day mid-way through the trip. We loved having multiple outdoor areas to use, a fully-stocked kitchen, easy access to so many bars and restaurants, and a quick walk to the beach (like, so quick you could pop back to the house to use the restroom or refill a water bottle.) Thanks again for a wonderful stay, Tammy!

Nicely decorated with all amenities. We loved the quietness of the street while still be close to everything. We enjoyed our first trip to Carolina Beach and will return again in the future. Great dog friendly place!

Wonderful home and short walk to the beach and town. Owner did a great job of making it a home away from home by providing all the necessities and extra kitchen tools to cook a meal. Master Bed was super comfortable. Swim spa was really nice and the elevator made life much easier on our Senior Pup. Great neighborhood.

We had an awesome time. Grateful that the owners had it decorated for Christmas… lights and all. Hosted meal for total 11 people and were able to sit around the table . Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen gear. Elevator came in handy for move in and move out. Lots of chilly walks on the beach. Highly recommend

Our stay at Tammy's home was awesome. If you like to cook she has every gadget you could think of. The elevator came in handy for my mother in law. The only thing that went wrong was we had to leave!

The house was perfect for our annual reunion! The nine of us met 58 years ago as freshmen at St. Andrew’s College and we get together every year. We will definitely return - the house had everything we needed. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

This was our first vacation with children, grandchildren and a great grandchild. There were 10 of us and had plenty of space. Everyone had a bed. Perfect location to beach in a quaint neighborhood. Parked 5 cars on property. Beautiful home with all the amentities. The kitchen was very large allowing us to prepare meals. A plus was the elevator that enable my husband with a stroke to get to all floors on his own without stress climbing stairs. I highly recommend staying here.

This home is amazing! Has all the best amenities and is in the perfect location!

We were a group of 8 adults and 2 dogs. The house was just perfect--the elevator was an added plus when bringing groceries into the house. Everything was neat and clean and well stocked. The decks were especially nice during the heat of the day. It was so close to the beach; we could come and go easily. The dogs enjoyed walking around the lake also. We really enjoyed the town of Carolina Beach, too. Activities we enjoyed were the Smores bonfire pits at the Pier, trivia night at the brewery, and Neon Mini Golf. This was my first VRBO rental and I couldn't have been happier. Would highly recommend this property! It was a delightful week!

Beach Belle is a beautiful house perfectly located in walking distance to the beach and many eateries!

This property was amazing!! The house was spacious, the beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed and more! The back yard was like a small oasis, such a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a drink after a day at the beach!
