Stunning 4 bedroom private Pool home in Naples Gated Briarwood Community

The house had all of the necessities, and was clean. The pool was very nice. Property management was quick to respond to communication.

We enjoy our stays at the house and will go back. However, a few points about the property. The living room has a large l shaped couch....but no chairs and minimal lighting...a bit strange. The sliding doors opening onto the pool patio area are not shaded....glaring late afternoon light is intrusive. The sliders could use shades. The grill is on it’s last legs and needs to be replaced. Finally during our stay a circuit breaker tripped frequently, but we could not get it replaced or repaired.

Our family of four spent 4 weeks in August for a second year in a row in this house and we enjoyed every bit of it! Clean, well equipped and maintained, with very welcoming and responsive hosts. Had everything needed for a perfect summer getaway.

The beds are comfortable and all bedroom tv’s worked, ( somewhat unusual in our renting experience). The living room could use some lighting. The managers were very prompt when the aircondioning needed some help. We look forward to returning next year.

Very clean, well appointed and functional, extremely cozy - we had excellent time during our three and a half weeks stay in the house. It felt like home! We loved the pool and pool deck area - felt great to have brunch and dinner in some of the days at the patio. Kim and Nicole were easily approachable and reacted promptly to all our queries. Highly recommendable! Definitely would like to return.

Enjoy are vacation, there was 5 of us and renting this house was prefect. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved the property and location. The only thing that was odd is there is no light in the living room. Otherwise, a perfect house!

Home had everything we needed.(would have preferred a Kuerig coffee maker). Very nice pool area and walking in the neighborhood was comfortable . Would stay again . glad they had a heater as it got cold a couple days

The layout of this house is great. The three bedrooms and associated baths created privacy. The office space with the sliding doors that opened on two sides linked inside and outside spaces in a really pleasant way. The neighborhood is beautiful and this time we discovered the pickleball courts, a really nice amenity.
