Stunning 4 Bedroom Oceanfront Duplex!

The house itself is very spacious for our family. Beautiful kitchen and loved the view of the ocean. We got there around 9pm and the neighbors came by to say that they had no internet all day. Called the after hours number and someone helped us. The router/modem was in our unit. Got up the next morning, and no internet again. Long story short, no internet or tv but we did get to hook it up to our hotspot. Normally, not a big deal but our 3 year old likes watching t.v. at night. Found out the night before leaving, that the router went out. The shower heads were dated with no water pressure, and the downstairs water had an egg smell the first night. Everything else was good. I loved the location.

This was our first time to Kure beach. We loved the location and the place was great. I would have liked a few more seating options in the main living room, it was only one couch. However, we will still stay there again!

Location on Kure Beach is perfect with activities within walking distance but far enough away to enjoy ocean sounds - duplex had families on both sides & it was remarkably quiet inside - would definitely rent this again - thank you for providing a perfect home for us to gather by the sea

Nice location but:The unit is filled with worn-out furniture, most of which looks like it was purchased from a thrift shop. Nearly all of it is cheap and dated — more appropriate for a Motel 6 than a 450-per-night rental.There is not enough seating in the living room. For a unit advertised to sleep nine, there’s only seating for three — The VRBO listing photos depict a more complete and comfortable seating area, which does not match what’s actually there.The master bed was missing a bed skirt, exposing a stained and worn box spring. The lining under the box spring is detached and hanging to the floor. A blanket pulled from the closet was torn. The rug is dirty, frayed, and covers a squeaky floor with visible water damage.The master bathroom tub has mildew along the top edge. The curtain rod and shower head are heavily corroded. The shower head, clogged with mineral deposits, emits only a weak stream of water. The living room ceiling has visible water stains and separation cracks in the drywall.From the single tiny rock-hard bar of soap in each bathroom to the lone roll of bargain paper towels, the single dishwashing pod for a weeklong stay, one beach chair for two units, and one worn puzzle for entertainment — it all speaks to a minimum of effort to make guests feel welcome, and no effort to make them want to return

Loved the property, and the management was great in helping with the AC not working, which was fixed the next day.

We had a great stay this past weekend. Loved the upstairs deck to work from while looking at the ocean. The walk to the pier and to the beach was easy and quick. We had a surprise with a polar plunge 5k that ran in front twice and that was very cool to cheer on. We only used the upstairs rooms, but the bottom ones looked fine. The absolute only feedback is need another settee/loveseat like in pictures. Would have been nice to have a comfortable option other than hard back chair. Definitely not a deal breaker, we will hopefully stay again with our pups!

Great property with plenty of room. This duplex is right on the beach and a 2 minute walk to the pier. Will for sure stay there again.

Beautiful home, amazing views, walking distance to pier. Clean and quiet. Only bad thing was the smell of previous animal stays and urine smell. Would come back and stay again..

We really enjoyed our stay in the off season. The house was very spacious for our family of 3. We didn’t even use the bottom floor except to do laundry. Although a duplex, the walls seem thick because we never heard our neighbors. Great view, quiet area, and overall a relaxing trip!
