Stunner w/ Wrap-Around Porch near Beach Access in Cinnamon Shore

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is spacious and well located. Would not rent it again because we don’t appreciate surprises and false advertising. It was a chilly Thanksgiving weekend and lots of football games in front of the fireplace. The management tried to turn it on, checked with the owner and the owner tells them we can’t use it for safety reasons. We were disappointed and insulted. The advertisement listed the fireplace as an amenity and displayed a picture of it. It’s a typical gas fireplace with a glass door. We were already there and fully paid so we had no recourse. With owners’ attitude towards renters like this, I would suggest choosing another house

We only had one issue, the master shower. They tried to fix it, but after several attempts we asked them to wait til we departed.

We could have really enjoyed our stay more though without all the beeping door alarms, more shower pressure, and a working elevator/dryer.

The houses are beautiful, 3 nice pools and beach access is great.Sea La Vie is a great home and well appointed. There were a couple of major issues that did not get resolved when we were there. The elevator was broken and had my husband and i not been able to climb three flights of stairs every time we needed to get to our room, this would have been a MAJOR problem.Also, the doors to the balcony of the bunk room would not lock and would open randomly. We had 8 young kids staying in there and i felt very uncomfortable with that. I reported the issue and maintenance came the evening BEFORE we left to fix it. HUGE liability in my opinion.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea la Vie at Cinnamon Shores. Pros- plenty of room, great view from upper floor and good view from middle level kitchen and deck, very convenient to the boardwalk and pool, outdoor shower, the bunk room is wonderful for children and has so many nice details, the air conditioning works great on every level of the home, two laundry rooms, two dishwashers, and the Cinnamon Shore staff is friendly and helpful. Cons-the shower heads in bottom floor bathrooms are very high and difficult to reach, the elevator was not working and the hose for the central vac was pulled out and on the floor when we arrived, Cinnamon Shore sent workers out to attempt to fix these things, but they were not able to while we were there

Big enough for the whole family. Really a nice place and a great location.

We had some issues with the water supply (water alarm kept going off, and the hot/cold faucets were switched, and no water for a few hours), but owners were quick to respond
