The house is 75 miles from New York City, 2 miles from the center of Branford and 10 miles from New Haven. Take in beautiful sunsets, walk on the beach orfish off the rocks. Kayak, paddle board, swim or just chill on the private beach just steps from the studio house. Many restaurants also available a short distance away.
