Charming Apartment on the Same Block as Beach

Our host provided everything that we could possibly need and then some. The rental is big! We had room to spread out. The sunrises and sunsets at the end of the road were a bonus!

Lovely home. So close to the beach. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host is very thoughtful.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The host thought of every little detail to make the experience seamless and enjoyable. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and incredibly accommodating. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. I’m already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

This was by far the most comfortable, easy, VRBO I have ever booked. The house is beautiful! It is so close to the beach. The neighborhood is absolutely lovely. The hosts were incredibly gracious and friendly. We were given welcome cookies, wine, and water. It was just an overall amazing experience. I am planning on staying with them again!

Very funky, some of the furniture is very dated and worn. Great location but overpriced for the low season. 2nd floor unit upstairs. Needs some remodeling to make it nicer

We had a great stay at this property! Close to everything and wonderful neighborhood. Close to the water too! Outstanding hosts- very easy to work with and very helpful!

I love a fully stocked home. Where the kitchen offers tea and coffee. Plus the left over spices and oils from other guests. Plenty of linens and paper products. Forgot a toiletries there was an entire basket to make selections from. Tins of games for kids of all ages. The space was larger than expected. Only issue was that we came in at night and i was looking for a huge tree in the front of the house which since then has been cut and replaced with lovely roses

Very clean, cozy, and amazing location! We stayed with our 2 and 3 year old, so the playground and the beach being only a block away was great! So many thoughtful extras throughout this property, with the hosts readily available to answer any questions! 10/10!

The owner, Dana, has thought of and provided everything. We were in town for a wedding. Our son was a groomsman and traveled from California. We wanted to stay close to the wedding venue. We appreciated every little extra provided: the welcome bottle of wine, soft drinks, coffee pods for the coffee maker. It was actually warm out and the a/c was appreciated. The house is located from a small but pristine town beach and beautiful seaside park. We loved our daily walks!

Last weekend trip of summer before dropping off daughter at college. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Great location. Walk to beach. Quick drive into New Haven for pizza crawl. Really appreciated the cookies, wine, snacks, and cold drinks in the fridge on arrival.

My husband and I visited Branford with our two small children (3&4). The apartment was a fantastic home base. It was convenient to everything, especially the beach, and we really appreciated all the little touches- a toy basket for kids, cookies and other treats, cold water in the fridge and ample toys. We couldn’t have been happier!

We can’t say enough good things about this apartment and the owners. The apartment is so well decorated, super comfortable and clean. There were many nice surprises we kept uncovering - they thought of everything and supplied us with such thoughtful amenities- perfect stay!

We stopped in Connecticut to explore a bit and visit friends, after a fast pace stay in Boston. Branford is a small town close to several others. The property sits on a quiet street leading to a small beach. So many little extras provided at this place. Spacious dinning area, plenty of living space for family if 4, with adult size boys, fully functional kitchen with coffees teas and a few extra drinks snacks and of course fresh cookies and wine as bonus greetings. Clean, comfortable, so very accommodating!

It is about 100 yards from the beach/park and 1.5 miles from the town center. 10 minutes from New Haven. We had a lot of room with a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. Great overall location.

The property is located very close to the best pizza place i have eaten, since i moved to Florida and the property is close to the beach.

We were only there for 2 nights, but it was perfect for what we needed…. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING you might need at your home away from home. Location is great. Steps to a quaint park and beach. Lovely little town and nice surrounding area. Thank you for letting us stay and we highly recommend it.

Beach, one block away! Beautiful place. Went to class reunion in East Haven. My children loved it. My wife and I were very happy with place and owners! We would come back here again....
