Very clean, excellent space, cozy and just what we needed. Rae is also reachable by phone. Great place over all we would stay anytime ?

This was a comfortable, clean and attractive apartment. Rae was amazing and very responsive. There was some road work being done while I was there which was not anything to be avoided and was not a problem for me at all. I would stay there again!

Wonderful place to stay when we came for a wedding in Philly. The studio is clean and well furnished. The area is quiet. We had green space for our dogs. It was wonderful.

Too cold no way to I crese the temp of the room

This was a great little studio. It is the downstairs part of the address and it had everything one would need for a stay. Simple check-in and check-out process. It has both heat and a/c which was needed as the temperature didn't know what it wanted to do. The washer and dryer was very convenient to have. On Street parking. Host was very friendly and helpful when contacted.

My stay was wonderful! It was very cozy, clean and a wonderful atmosphere! I would definitely love to book my next stay there again! The host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

The apartment was as described and felt safe and comfortable. Review asks for rating of national park experience with required star. I suppose it should say “overall experience” and rated as such. There was an ice storm our last night making it hazardous to exit. Recommend asking host for ice/snow removal measures in advance of future winter bookings.Nice place and close to What we needed!

Great place in a great location for us—daughter on Mount Airy. Very comfortable with easy access and decent street parking, too. Will look for the same place net trip to Philly!

Every comfort of home with all the extras needed to make your stay the best! I loved it so much I booked another month! Rae was an awesome host and was very responsive to every inquiry.

Drove up and my husband said we are not staying here - it is not a safe area. It was a noisy busy street in a rough area. We are from Atlanta so we know safe vs not safe. I notified the host that we wouldnt be staying for this reason. I only received automated messages. She finally messaged to say no refund of any type and she wouldnt be threatened by my leaving a bad review. Wow what a crappy way to treat a customer who paid 100% up front. Ive rented a LOT of placed with zero problem ever. This was a nightmare. Plenty of nice places to stay in N Philly. AVOID THIS ONE!

The place was clean and well-stocked.

The studio was very nice and clean. Very convenient spot. Nicely decorated too! The only issue was the car alarms going off outside a lot of the night, but nothing we could do about it.Thanks,Amy

We had a last minute change of our accommodations, Rae was lovely and very welcoming! It was in our price range that we wanted as we were there for a music festival in Mayanuk. Was accessible to various areas of Philadelphia.

Nice apartment, and would be great for a longer stay than I needed. Best water pressure of any shower I've used in any hotel or B and B

The property was clean, comfortable and very convenient to all the places I needed to get to. I stayed for a week and it felt like home (the only issue I had were loud neighbors) The host was apologetic...I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area, and hope the noise issue will be resolved.

No communication from the owner except automated messages. No communication the day of check-in. Couldn't get into the property. We ended up finding a hotel and we never set foot inside.

Great stay very quiet and clean!

Perfect for what we needed. Location is close to stores and restaurants. Had some issues with multiple bugs getting in and you can hear the water running from the house upstairs, but that's expected in these older Philadelphia rowhomes.
