Stayed Oct 7, 2025This house, built in 1760 is a wonderful vrbo! Super-charming wood floors and hand-hewn beams. The owners' collection of art and books is also impressive.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025I'm not usually fond of rustic homes, but this 1700 era building is well taken care of and in pristine condition. I especially found all the bedrooms very comfortable. Best of all was the attention of the owners who were very responsive whenever I contacted them. There were a few issues I needed their help with early on and both Tim and Alicia could not have been more helpful. I look forward to returning next August.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025The house is rustic. Charming & historic. Windows do not open. Only fresh air is through screen door in kitchen and family room. It was hot the week we were there and the rooms that did not have a/c were hot and stuffy. Beds were comfortable. Pool was lovely. We did not realize that room with 4 double beds is only accessible through other bedrooms. It was awkward for our family dynamic. House was super clean. Good communication with owners. The welcome letter was great - good ideas for food and activity .

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We had a great time in a historic comfy home with a wonderful pool. The house is centrally located with the beach and restaurants within walking distance. It was the perfect stay for us and our dog Pete and the owners made everything easy and pleasant.
