Amenities include large enclosed porch, large deck, propane fireplace, large kitchen with all the necessities for eating in, wireless internet access, Smart TV with Hulu. The enclosed sleeping porch for summer includes a queen futon and two twin daybeds. Imagine listening to the waves as you sleep on the porch. Lower level (basement) includes sleeping area/rec. room, bathroom and laundry access. Lower level is not handicap accessible.
