Stayed Jun 10, 2026The accommodations were perfect for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Would highly recommend! We were able to walk to New Belgium Brewery as noted in the description, always a good time. We stayed for a week for activities around my son’s wedding. It was a little farther than anticipated from downtown, the Lincoln Center and Fossil Creek Park. Getting across FOCO with a stoplight on every corner does take some time but this is certainly not the host’s issue, just know there will be some travel time to the great spots in Fort Collins.

Stayed May 13, 2026We stayed her during our son's graduation weekend and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect. Communication with Patrick was great from booking through the stay. We were a party of eight and had plenty of room. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed Oct 17, 2025Patrick responded to any of our questions in a timely manner which we appreciate. The house is new and clean. It was very comfortable and had all you needed for a stay. We chose this location because it's close to our daughter's townhouse. But, it turned out to be super convenient for going into Old Town too. It was a great stay and we highly recommend Patrick's home.

Stayed Oct 2, 2025Place was very clean .Hallway bathroom needs a new shower curtain.The house could use more towels.There are houses being built across the street parking was ok for us. Until they are occupied parking is ok till then .
