Stayed Aug 7, 2025I want so badly to give this house a 5 star review but, the house keeping just falls short. The sheets are not deep pocket but, the mattresses are big. Therefore, the sheets come off the bed every night and that is aggravating. The comforter had what looked like a spaghetti stain on it which tells me it wasn't washed or changed after the last guests. Also, there was hair and stains on the sheets. They probably weren't changed either. The housekeepers brought new sets of sheets and a new comforter so I was thankful for that. There was broken glass on the kitchen floor.... it probably wasn't swept. There were dead bugs in the house but, thank goodness they weren't alive!! The management team were very responsive and I appreciated that. This house could have been absolutely perfect had it been cleaner. I will be back to give them a second chance!!! The house was in a good location. It was close to a good deep boat ramp (not the one across the cove). There are stores and restaurants nearby. Gruene is about 25 minutes away so there was plenty to do!

Stayed Apr 5, 2025We expected the house at the lake site. But the lake was gone. Waterlevel has dropped and the lake is now for less then 50% full, or empty as you like. The price is based on location and view. That was for us the reason to choose this property. Very disappointing.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024We had a marvelous time duing our annual sibling reunion. House is beautiful and we would love to come back. Minor issues, jack and jill bathroom and upstair smaller bedroom had mold in shower and the diverter is broken. More water in tub than to shower head.Almost no clothes hangers in bedrooms. TV remotes batteries are either dead or belong to a diffrent TVs.
