Stone house on two levels of about 100 square meters
on the first floor, which is accessed via the external staircase, large living room with fireplace, reading corner and double sofa, equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom; on the second floor a double and a triple bedroom both with private bathroom. Large outdoor areas for outdoor dining. Pool shared with guests of another house owned.
The ancient house has been recently renovated with great care, and respecting the warm Umbrian atmosphere, well-kept furniture. Air conditioning in the rooms on the second floor, ceilings with wooden beams; the living room and bedrooms are equipped with TV, exposed stone walls.

Guests enter the wide open spaces for adults and children, to the large panoramic swimming pool shared with other guests, from the house depart paths, paths and trekking. parking area
