Uniescie is an old fishing village in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. It has been part of the town of Mielno since 2017. It lies on a narrow strip of land between the beautiful Baltic Sea and the equally charming Jamno, Poland's ninth largest lake. If you enjoy long walks on the beach or boat trips and love freshly caught fish - baked or smoked - then this is the place for you. In summer, the sea invites you to swim and in autumn you can go hiking in the surrounding forests. Mielno offers a wide range of attractions. There are a number of small cafés and restaurants on the beach promenade and you can book various wellness offers in the surrounding hotels.

Our holiday home is the last in a row of semi-detached houses in Uniescie. Thanks to this location, we are only about 100 metres from a quiet stretch of beach that is used by far fewer holidaymakers than the central beach! We are only separated from the sea by a small campsite and a narrow strip of forest and dunes. Simply take a deckchair with you and after just a few steps you will be surrounded by a fresh sea breeze.

In 2020, the two-storey house, with an area of approx. 80 m2, was completely modernised to meet the needs of even the most demanding guests. Soft colours in the interiors, natural design, comfortable furniture, modern bathroom and kitchen equipment allow for stress-free relaxation. Underfloor heating and a stylish fireplace create a warm and cosy atmosphere on cool evenings and in winter. The holiday home has a large, fenced garden with old fruit trees and a stone barbecue. The garden offers enough space to play badminton or football with the children or to pitch a small tent.

There is a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor of the house. Here you can prepare an exquisite dinner, bake a cake or prepare a quick snack in a microwave. In the living room, our guests have a comfortable sofa, a TV and a stylish fireplace at their disposal. In bad weather, the open-plan dining room combined with the living area invites you to spend time together playing board games or chatting over a good glass of wine. Sliding balcony doors provide direct access to the terrace in summer, where you can enjoy your meals at a large table with wooden benches. The ground floor also has a spacious bathroom with washbasin, toilet and barrier-free shower as well as another separate toilet with washing facilities.

There are three further bedrooms on the upper floor of the house: two with large double beds and one with a large single bed. All rooms have wardrobes. There is also a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine in this living area. The ground floor and the upper floor are connected by an elegant wooden staircase.

You can do your daily shopping on foot in the nearby shops in Uniescie. In Mielno there are also larger supermarkets such as Biedronka or Polo and a branch of the Rossmann drugstore. On the way to the centre of Mielno, you can enjoy an excellent dinner in several restaurants and bars.

From Uniescie you can easily reach Kolobrzeg (40 km), Ustronie Morskie (30 km), Koszalin (16 km), Sarbinowo (11 km) or Lazy (9 km) by car. There are also buses to Koszalin almost every hour.

Please note: We only let the house to couples or families. Parties and other celebrations are not permitted. The same applies to playing loud music.
