Stayed Mar 20, 2026The electrical definitely needs improvement. Door handle in back room needs fixed. Other than that the stay was amazing. Great location! Great atmosphere! Definitely will be back to visit homasassa!

Stayed Feb 25, 2026Property was great. My only wish is that I wasn’t sure which house was mine. There is 5 to pick from I had forgotten what its name was. The building was numbered but my reservation was for the entire compound. Also would like to have an outside light on since I arrived in the evening. So navigating the stairs and the combo lock in the dark was tricky

Stayed Mar 23, 2025Property was nice - few things need to be attended to. The broken window, sliding doors don't slide (I believe the entire unit is off level and so sliding doors don't meet in the tracks).

Stayed Mar 11, 2024Window broken and taped up with painters tape, no blinds on large window that faces the road. Door handle broke off in my husbands hand , ceiling fan on patio looks like if you tried to turn it on it would fall apart, blind fell down on my husband when he tried to close it. Left after first night , we texted the host about a couple items and got “ sorry we are trying to get someone out. “ I would not have come if I knew it was in such bad condition that it had a broken window.
