This 5-bedroom house has a private, heated pool and dining deck that you can enjoy with your family and friends. The huge backyardis completely fenced, with a private pool that has LED lights, 2 masters, four kings & game area - we've got everything you need for a great vacation!

Many upgrades: 2 primary bathrooms, bathrooms on every floor, LVP flooring throughout, festive outdoor LED lights over the Jimmy Buffet dining deck and the pool (that brings the backyard to life at night).

There are many options to arrive at the sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You have various beach accesses just one block away, a short walk from the house - use beach cart, or rent the golf cart. Public beach is close by with extra parking, showers, bathhouse, restaurant and shaded picnic areas.

THE AREA:
The home is located in the desirable Crystal Beach, a beach house neighborhood in Destin, it has the best of both worlds. It is a quaint beach house community that is very close to many activities such as; shopping, dining, fishing, boating, golfing and etc.. Also, it is the ideal community for walking, biking, and jogging on the paved path along the streets to the beach.

Visit Crab Island, Destin Commons, Harbor Walk, Okaloosa Pier, Gulfarium, Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park, dining, shopping, biking, golfing and more - or just relax at the beach and pool.
