Steps to Tiki Bar & Beach! 5-Star Reviews-Elevator

The house was very nice, loved the setup, decor and amenities. There were some cleaning issues but overall our stay was very good. Melissa was in contact with me everyday, making sure all was well.

We loved this property and it was very comfortable for our family!! It does need a new dishwasher and the rugs and bathroom floors were dirty. The property manager did offer to immediately replace the rugs and send someone to clean which was extremely nice. Would love to stay here in the summer sometime soon!

The house was very nice! The furniture was cozy! We cooked all meals at the house and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary tools! We did have some dirty bed sheets that we needed to wash. And there were some chair legs at the dining room table that were loose and need to be tightened for future guests. We just moved those out of the way. Also, the lighter on the outdoor fire place was not working. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would visit again!

We loved our stay! Check in and Check out process was easy and hassle free. Owners were incredibly responsive to our messages via VRBO or through text messages. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. Location was perfect. Very short walk to the beach. Appreciated the fenced in back yard for dogs to play!! Thank you for being wonderful hosts.

Summary: from check in to check out, location, accessibility, comfort, and hospitality— 5 stars! We loved our stay here! From the moment we checked in, we were at home! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with all we needed and beyond. The snacks, coffee pods, paper products, and kitchen equipment were all very nice and perfect for our week long stay! The house stayed nice and cool in the middle of our heat wave days of 100 degrees, and we were so grateful after a nice long day at the beach! Speaking of which, the beach and nearby grill or breakfast place is super easy to walk to, and we loved that our intersection had a big pedestrian crossing with flashing lights. We traveled with kids and a dog, and had no problem walking around to the places we wanted to go. Melissa was extremely responsive and kind to our questions, and to follow up on any needs or issues that we may have had (we had none!) There were so many things within the house that were well thought out in advance to make our stay the best it could be— from games to household items to the elevator and beyond. We really had everything we needed and more, and the kids loved the ping pong table in the garage! We also were pleasantly surprised to see extra beach chairs, an umbrella, and some beach games there for our use, too. All of these things added to our appreciation! Overall we were thrilled with our stay. You’ll love your time here!! :)

All was as described. All the rooms were well-sized. Bright and airy.We were able to fit our 4 Jeeps in the driveway. The elevator was a great feature.

Some of my friends and I stayed here and it was a wonderful experience everything about the house was perfect and communication was great!

We had a fabulous Thanksgiving holiday! House is well stocked and in a great location. Elevator was extremely helpful!

If I could give communication with property manager 10 stars I would! They bent over backwards with every single question or request I had. This property was perfect and in a spectacular location. We will absolutely be back!
