Steps to the Beach with Rooftop Patio View

The house was perfect for the family. Everyone had their own space with first floor bedrooms with their own bathroom and a refrigerator to the rooftop outdoor patio with an awesome view of the ocean where we watched the sunset and the game room right there that the kids loved. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The corner market was a quick walk down the street in case we wanted to pick up something. The outdoor shower worked great and was perfect for showering off after a beach day before entering the home. The vibe was really laid back and chill, perfect for rest, relaxation, beach time!

This property is amazing! My kids and their kids joined me for a family vacation and this property was perfect! The space is very well-designed for groups. There were plenty of quiet corners when someone needed a little alone time, and also plenty of space for togetherness when we were cooking, eating, playing games, or having movie time. The kitchens were well-stocked with cooking essentials and the garage was well-stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, and bikes.We spent our days on the beach, which is beautiful and very close. We saw dolphins and sea lions every day, and there were so many beautiful shells and unbroken starfish. We made sand castles, moats, and buried the kids. We took walks in the early mornings and at sunset. It was very relaxing. My entire crew loved the house and its location. It was the easiest check-in we've ever had. The owner is great to work with and very kind. Check-out was easy too, with only a short list of things we were asked to do on our way out the door. Don't hesitate to book this property, it is wonderful!

Very clean very comfortable rental great location easy beach access cool sea lions at the harbor lovely quiet beach town the house had everything we needed to cook for big group, very clean, comfortable beds, room to spread out toys for the beach on the garage!

Six of us friends, from the sixth grade, celebrated turning 70 in a perfect setting. The house was lovely with a bedroom each. The roof deck had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean on a stunning, sunny day. We played ping pong, games and cooked great meals in a spotless fully equipped kitchen. The location was great and provided lovely walks along the harbor and beach. Stacy the owner went above and beyond with so many special touches, including a custom sign welcoming us. She was wonderful, the house was wonderful and we all enjoyed a fabulous time!

We had the best time! Stacy is kind and personable. The house was perfect for 6 siblings joining the 7th in Ventura! We all had our own room, outdoor shower after beach day was fantastic. Beautiful beach steps out the door.

Anacapa House was absolutely what my family and I were looking for to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together and also have some privacy. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we could have asked for right down to the smallest detail. The location was perfect for a memorable stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Anacapa House to friends and family.
