Stayed May 22, 2026We have stayed in many houses over the years and this one was by far the best! The house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We loved the thoughtful details including the supply of beach towels, the clearly labeled light switches, and the beach chairs and toys. The perfect location was the icing on the cake.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025This cabin is just off the beach! Big porch, open living room, LOTS of natural light, it is just perfect! And the hosts are so kind and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is perfect little cabin and the owners offered so many extras like a kayak and bikes and beach chairs! I can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Stayed Aug 23, 2024The owners were great and had great communication. Shared lots of info about the location. But when we arrived there was a dead roach in one of the rooms, I immediately texted the owner and he explained they had had a lot of rain and that sometimes happened but that they have the house sprayed regularly. Ok I can move forward with that, we were also just staying 2 nights. Everything was clean and well maintained. 2nd night…. A live one in the bathroom. We were leaving the next day so we just killed it. And the grass could have used mowing. But other than that, it was a great house, lots of chairs and beach items for use. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood

Stayed Aug 17, 2024My sister and I came here for some respite a few days after our mother died. My brother joined us for one night. My sister is very familiar with South Topsail beach, having vacationed there for decades. We both agreed upon checking in that the home was ultra clean, nicely decorated for a beach house, and well stocked.
