I recently retired a few weeks ago and wanted to spend some relaxing time with my daughter and granddaughter. The home was so welcoming and perfect for our family time. My grand had never seen the ocean, so we spent a lot of time at the beach. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding sights. Queen Mary, USS Iowa (we are from IA) and trips to Santa Monica pier and Universal. I could definitely see myself in that cozy cottage year round !!! Thank you so much for making our stay a wonderful, comfy experience.

This rental was great for my family. My husband and I stayed on one side and our son and his family stayed on the other. It was perfect. A short walk to the beach and playground/pier.

Me and my family were staying in Charming unit. We were very happy with our stay. Beach was so close, the little town is peaceful and so nice to be in. I recommend to everyone.

My husband and I had a fun relaxing few nights. Bed was super comfortable and had everything we needed; communication with host was easily accessible; just watch the street signs when parking.

This is my go-to whenever I am in town. The location is walkable to everywhere. So very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this spot for weekend or long term rental.

Our stay was cozy and fun. Our proximity to the beach, pier, town and river allowed us easy access to everything we wanted to do. The house is the perfect fit for us and the second time we used it. Looking forward to a future visit.

Seal Beach is a charming town and this cottage is just a short walk from the pier and Main St.

This property is one of the best we have ever stayed at. The furnishings and the location made for perfect getaway. I would definitely recommend.

We have stayed here before and it never disappoints! Seconds to the beach and under 10 minutes to the restaurants snd shops.

We stayed the weekend Thurs- Sunday and would have loved another night . Just steps from the beach and restaurants. A kids playground right in the sand at the pier . This duplex unit was super top priority clean . Felt like home away from home . Comfortable big king bed . Kitchen fully stocked with anything you need to cook utensils . AC unit in living room worked perfect . House has 3 ceiling fans and 2 portable floor stand fans . Only downside was the duplex unit rental people next door were night owls coming home each night after 9pm with kids running around on the hard wood floors and parents yelling at them and each other . BUT that was random and we are early birds and probably made them crazy . SO we would absolutely rent this place again and highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The location of the beach house to Seal Beach was very convenient. All the amenities were as we had hoped. Parking was a plus. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This rental was exactly what we wanted. Affordable, sleeps 4, and the BEACH! The location is absolutely perfect; steps away from the beach and a short walk to downtown. We love Seal Beach, the last of the quiet beach towns in that area. Thanks for sharing your rental with us. :)

Cozy and clean apartment, very near the beach (one block) and restaurants (3 or 4 blocks). Ample cookware in the Kitchen. Ample towels, both bathroom and beach, as well. Pleasant trip despite the chilly weather.

A friend and I rented the property for a wedding in HB and had a blast. The location is super close to the beach and downtown Seal Beach. Also very walkable to Ballast Point in Long Beach. Comes with everything you need for a short stay, including soap, shampoo, conditioner. Kitchen is nice, but we never got around to cooking. Check-in was a breeze. Erica was very commnicative throughout the whole process. Really enjoyed our stay. Would book it again in a heartbeat.
