Steps to the beach and 4 blocks from Main St. and the Pier

PROS:The bed was sooo comfy! And I loved that the bedding was warm enough to leave the window open to enjoy the fresh air. It was nice to have the Roku so that we could log into our own accounts and watch what we wanted. The shower head was high, great for my 6'4 husband, and the water was HOT!CONS:There was no garage door opener, which made the coming and going a real pain in the a. When the owner responded, we were told that the last tenant must've taken it. Seems like there should be a backup for those situations.It's a home that's been split in half, and each side is rented. Our neighbors had two young kids so we could hear all of the crying and running up and down the hall. They were just kids being kids, but we were on vacation from kids so it kind of defeated the purpose.Oddly enough, the owner wants tenants to wash their dishes and return them rather than the normal protocol of loading/running the dishwasher. This explained why we found dirty dishes in the cabinets and utensils drawer. ewwwww

Everything we needed. The neighborhood was adorable. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Only half hour to Disneyland

The home was exactly as described! Quiet cozy beach home super close to the beach and all the action of Main St ... just what we were looking for! Great communication with host.

Great property! Less than 5 minutes from everything. Clean, well stocked, great vine arbor over the front door. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at the property while my son played a tournament in Seal Beach. Everything was perfect. Loved the location!

This is our third year staying at Erica's place and we really love it. Erica is very responsive to any concerns and resolves them quickly. We wouldn't keep coming back if we didn't enjoy ourselves.

The accommodation was great, Erica is wonderful, location is perfect, fun little beach town for shopping and casual dining

All that was promised, very comfy, clean, well supplied kitchen, towels etc.3 minor notes: paper thin walls so hear all from attached unit, heater very noisy so keeps you up if sleeping in living room, back courtyard not very inviting- needs some minor sprucing up to invite use. Nice washer/dryer!. Loved location but car a must.

Stellar location, 30 second walk to the sand & surf, easy freeway access, comfortable, easy & effortless booking & communication with owner. Beach towels & toys provided which we used & enjoyed. We had garage parking & did laundry as well. I was grateful laundry detergent was provided. Great water pressure in the shower which I always appreciate! I would stay here again!!!

Literally feet away from the beach and 4 short blocks from Main Street and the pier in very friendly seal beach. Would go again

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage (especially the Kingsize bed) is comfortable, and conveniently located to restaurants shops and the ocean. We have always loved Seal Beach. It’s a slower paced beach community to relax but close to many fun entertainment spots if you want to kick it up a little. We recommend Spaghettini, O’Maleys, Gourmet Cafe, Fish Company, Fortune Cookie, Cold Stone Ice Cream, Thai on Main. The Carpenter Center has stage productions but tickets must be purchased in advance. Nearby Belmont Shores has lots of cool shops to stroll through & The BBC (Belmont Brewing Company) has a shore front patio for dining and delicious craft beers. Order your favorite to go in a souvenir growler So much to do and so little time We highly recommend this Cozy Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the Seal Beach cottage. It served our needs and was a comfortable stay.

Convenient to the beach and not to far from main street. It was fun to reminisce the times our family used to come to /seal quite often. Bed was very comfortable, and had everything we needed, very pleasant.

What a perfect property for a peaceful getaway. My boyfriend and I were looking for something close to the water and this was IT. Steps to the beach, comfortable, clean, and serine. We loved our stay, and will for sure be visiting again. Host was great, and responsive as well. No complaints!

We were in SoCal for a work-related event but wanted some beach time so our grandkids could come and visit while we were there. The little cottage was perfect! We walked to the beach, restaurants, and Old Town. Two of our grandkids visited several times and spent one night with us. The king bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, with a daybed/trundle and sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is a good size and has everything we needed. Erica was accommodating, ensuring we had outdoor parking for our big work truck.

This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. Erica was available when we had a question about remotes and everything else was pretty much perfect.
