BEST LOCATION BEST HOUSE OLD TOWN BEACH HOUSE 1 MIN WALK TO SAND FAMILY FUN ️

This house was perfect. We felt right at home. It had everything we needed. Owner was wonderful and accommodating. We were in the area for the birth of our grandson and we had a fabulous time. Nice outdoor area w a fire pit for when the weather is nice. There is garage parking which was another convenience.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. House was well situated by the beach, clean, and well equipped.

Perfect—as described, will stay again.

We had a great stay at this cute house. There were 6 adults, and we were all very comfortable. We had great communication with the host. The house was walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. The weather was amazing during out stay so we took advantage of the back porch. Great stay, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for great memories!

My husband and I love the beach. We’ve stayed at many weekly rentals, but this place exceeded our expectations! It looks even better in person than the pictures. The home was bright & freshly cleaned. There is plenty of room for 6-8 people. The kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances and roomy enough for more than just 1-2 cooks. We enjoyed having a very convenient 3rd bathroom with large shower on the first floor. Most places this size only have 2 bathrooms.Perfect location. It is really close to the beach, 2-3 minutes. There is a large grocery store walking distance (about a 7-10 min walk.)Having beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. for the guests is so much more convenient than having to bring ones from home. Strong WiFi connection.Our hosts made it easy to check in and out. They were friendly and helpful. The house also has a garage space for your car. We will be back!!! Thanks!

Great location - near beach and restaurants, coffee, etc. on Main St. House was comfortable for 5 adults and having a parking spot in the garage was nice. House had a few minor issues - blinds that weren't mounted correctly, a toilet tank that had a minor leak (and therefore ran for a few seconds every 10 minutes or so), dishwasher tray that would not slide in an out easily.

We loved everything about this property! We had 6 adults in our group and the house was perfect! Very comfortable living spaces, beautiful spa-like bathrooms and very comfortable beds! The kitchen is beautiful and well-appointed; it had everything we needed. Wonderful, private outdoor space with grills and a gas fire pit. The location is perfect! We walked to the beach and to restaurants and shopping on Main St. Great beach community for walking and bike riding. Short drive to Alamitos Bay for paddle boarding.Our host was very easy to work with and was responsive to our questions. Check-in and out were very easy. This property is a good value for all that it has to offer. I highly recommend this property and we would love to stay there again.

Our stay was awesome! Very easy check in/check out process. The house was very close to the beach and restaurants & shops. Very nice house and so accommodating with everything we needed. It was the gathering place for family dinners! Will definitely book again!

We absolutely loved this property and would stay again! It is a very short walk to the beach. We watched the sunset and got great Mexican Food at Taco Surf. It is close to the freeway and great for a family. We had 5 adults and everything was perfect.

Well furnished house. Lovely inside and out. Very comfortable and spacious for our group.

The house is way roomier than the pictures can show. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glasses of all sorts for all your favorite adult beverages. There are two living rooms. Both very roomy. The backyard was perfect… plenty of seating, pretty string lights, a tire table and the sound of the ocean made everything just right. I stayed with my family. We had a great time. Plenty of room for all of us to chill together yet roomy enough for everyone to spread out. We plan on coming back again. It was just right. And super clean. And the host provided all of the info we needed in advance and was great with communication. The beach was super close!! It was a very short walk. Like a 3 minute walk, definitely less than 5 minutes. Tip: when lighting the fire table keep the gas low so that the fire doesn’t scare the heck out of you, lol. You do need a lighter to do it. So, turn the gas on low (you can hear it) then Use the lighter in the very center.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat...a short block to the beach...and minutes to Main Street in Seal Beach (restaurants, shops, etc). The house is larger than it looks from the outside. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 and for additional family members who came for brunch. It was well stocked. I found the parking a little anxiety-provoking. A space in a garage (tight for 2 cars) and a virtual parking permit, if needed. The managing agent responded to questions within minutes, which was great. We would recommend this property and would rent it, if available, were we to return to the area another time.

The house was filled with everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds super comf. All the amenities we needed for the beach were provided. Location was excellent-never had to get in my car to get to Main Street and the beach. Loved everything.

Had a relaxing and quiet stay. Loved the quick access to the beach, green belt, and Main St. La Crema restaurant on Main street is a great breakfast and lunch place if you are traveling with dogs. Loved staying at the beautiful yellow house!

We had a wonderful stay here with the family! My 3 year old son and grandparents and auntie all fit great here! And the location is hard to beat! We look forward to hopefully coming back and staying here again!
