STEPS to the Beach!

This place is amazing! Kitchen better equipped than I have ever seen and the appliances are newer and in perfect condition. The house was spotless! There are numerous gathering places and reading nooks, for when you want a quiet conversation or just quiet. Beds were comfortable. Backyard had a picnic table, which the kids claimed for their projects. The owner was patient and responsive. I would highly recommend for your large group or next family gather.

This house was so nice and charming, I felt as if I was in the comfort of my own home!

What a great house to stay in. Literally just a few houses from the beach entrance. It's not right downtown which is great because the beach isn't as busy. Had a view of the ocean from our bedroom window. The seating on the front porch was a great added bonus.The number of bedrooms and sitting spaces was great, space for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed.I would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for an ideal spot.

We love this house! This was the second time we stayed here with our kids and grandkids. There is plenty of room for everyone and it’s so close to the beach! Walking distance to shopping in Seaside also. The house is very clean and is stocked with everything needed in the kitchen. The only thing I missed was a bedside lamp in the bedroom, but that is a small issue. The checkout time is 10:00 am and we wished we had a little more time the last day, but overall a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed being 4 houses away from the promenade and beach. Easy walk to enjoy the downtown shops and the sunsets on the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 12. Off street parking is convenient. Would definitely recommend.

This place was everything and more! It was very clean. All of the rooms gave a good welcome feeling. The Kitchen set up was ideal to prepare, cook and serve meals. The Main family room with the fireplace was wonderful. Nothing better than a good fire to watch and sit near to visit. The Beach was literally steps away! I know myself and my family would be interested in staying again one day. Kudos to the Host and Cleaning Staff!

The kitchen was nicely equipped and organized. An older, but well kept, three story home. The location near the beach was ideal. Good value for the money.

We loved the accommodations at steps to the beach. A perfect place to stay on the OR coast for our nieces bachelorette weekend. Fun memories to last a lifetime. Thank you!

Nice large home with comfortable beds in a quiet spot of Seaside that is only a block from the beach. Leah was a fantastic, communicative host. Everyone had a wonderful time.The thing that some may want to be aware of is that this is a lack of outlets in the bedrooms. Though this is to be expected in older homes, others staying here may want to plan accordingly. The multi-outlet hub provided on the first floor helped us keep our devices charged so it wasn't an issue for us.

Really perfect house for large groups, plenty of rooms and bedding for 3 families. Thank you for a great weekend of basketball at the coast with our 7th graders!

HUGE home. Check in was easy - plenty of space for even more than my party of 8. Easy parking and literally 3-4 minutes away from ocean sand. Great bars and close to the local Safeway for anything we forgot. Plenty of towels and hot water lasted for everyone despite the many showers. Beds were all very comfortable and after the first night everyone commented how immediately they went to bed after our first day out. No issues with the host whatsoever - will def look for this property if im back down to seaside again!

The house was great for a large group. Lot's of small nooks and seating areas if you wanted to just curl up quietly and read. I appreciated that there were a LOT of plates so we didn't have to constantly be doing dishes :).

Worked great for our large family. Everything was clean. We found what we needed. Hope to come back at some point. Even better the weather was great in late November!

This is a great place to stay for a large group of friends. The kitchen and dining table were perfect, the location is very good for walking on the beach or to town, and we enjoyed sitting near the fireplace while it was stormy outside.

Such a cute house! We could tell it was cleaned well and we really enjoyed the abunance of living room space.

Wonderful house and amazing host. This was our annual Bunko Trip. There were 9 of us ladies that spent the weekend. We are all 60 and had a great time. Everything was perfect and our host was very accommodating. Definitely would recommend this for any large group.

Love this house for all the bedrooms and bathrooms for our golf group of 12. Hope to rent it next year.

Very nice house!

The house is large - room for everyone. We liked the layout- two dining areas & three sitting areas. 4 full bathrooms. One thing to know- all the bedrooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floor. We liked being close to the beach & being on the northern most point of the boardwalk. The house was very clean & modernized.

We loved our stay here! Very spacious with lots of room for everyone to spread out! Walk to the beach was short and easy.

Perfect home for our Adult children and Grand Children. Plenty of space. Close to the Prom and Beach. 3rd time to rent. See you next year

We loved the home and it had everything our large family needed. The bedrooms were perfect and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have 4 full bathrooms as well. The home was situated perfectly from the beach and to have the ADA walkway right out the door was perfect for strollers and the wagons to make it 3/4 of the way to where we camped out during the day.

Just enough charm, very comfortable, truly steps from the beach and North end of the promenade. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

We had a wonderful family vacation with this house as our hub! Close to the beach and downtown. Host was fantastic!

Our host was very accomedating. She helped with logistics of finding a place to park our trailer. Above and beyond. The home when we arrived was perfect. We had been riding for eight straight days and this place was perfect in size and location. We hope to be able to stay again next year when we do our Thunder on the Columbia run. Thank you

Had a great time for my husbands surprise bday celebration!! Plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and lots of space for visiting, playing cards, enjoyed the deck and short walk to town and the beach! We would def stay here again.

9 old friends ( all in 70's and 80's) got together for games, walks and too much food. Loved the area. Home was very accommodating for our group.

No surprises everything went well. Internet could could be faster.

This house is so charming! Super clean, so many rooms, and cozy! Everyone felt right at home, and slept great. All the beds were comfy, and again, so much space for everyone. 11 in our group, and we enjoyed it the whole time. Two days were raining and just yuck weather ( perfect west coast beach weather) and there were a couple of leaky windows, but the wind was blowing so hard and sideways , it would have been surprising if there hadn’t been any windows. Contacted the manager(or owner) she asked for pictures to know which windows needed the love, so I know they are being taken care of. There were some ants in the bathrooms, but we have them in our houses, ‘‘tis the season. Other than that- we would definitely stay there again!! Thank you for opening up this place for visitors!

We enjoyed our Easter weekend. The sunsets views from the house were amazing. The home has a lot of space with several seating areas inside & outside.The host was very accommodating & check in was hassle free.

Great place for a family get-together

We were in town for a conference, and this was perfect for our group! Everyone loved having their own room, the beds were comfortable, the fire was cozy, and communication with the owner was excellent! We only wished we had more time at the house and on the beach. It was wonderful; I highly recommend it.

Eight friends visited the Oregon Coast and stayed in this house. We loved it. There was plenty of room to spread out. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, the kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in, and there were so many bedrooms!

Our work team enjoyed our stay while attending a conference in Seaside. There was lots of space to allow us to spread out; the 4 bathrooms were especially appreciated as we all get ready each morning. The areas for gathering together were also great. We would definitely stay here again!

We really love this house for our women’s golf group. 12 of us stay comfortably here and so enjoy the close walk to the beach! Great living room spaces and kitchen. We will stay here again.

Great accomodations! Beautiful house. Perfect for our 9 people. Every couple and individuals had their own rooms. 4 bathrooms was perfect! SO CLOSE to the beach! The parking was large and off street. So so clean! Our stay was comfortable and relaxing!

Comfortable home with room for all. Steps to the beach. One of our favorite rentals in Seaside. The house and the the mild sunny weather were the perfect setting for our family gathering.
