Stayed Apr 3, 2025This was a perfect property for our girls’ weekend for 6. Ample room for all of us to cook and socialize without feeling on top of each other; cozy, comfortable and bright, and so well equipped. The house and its hosts made it easy for us to maximize our time enjoying ourselves without needing to improvise or make many runs for supplies. Proximity to the beach couldn’t be better. Matt made sure we had all the info we needed and was always fast to respond. We hope to return!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024My family and I stayed here for a weekend event. The home was clean and accommodating for our party. The check in process and communication with Matt was seamless. Walking less than 5 mins to the beach access point was perfect for our group to enjoy the serene off season beach. Overall very happy with being able to stay here and all the house provided!

Stayed Aug 24, 2024Beautiful beach house with close proximity to private beach. Family friendly with optional crib and baby gates and shed with additional beach chairs. Our family had such a great time and perfect end to summer.

Stayed Aug 26, 2023Great stay at Matt’s spot. Super spacious - very clean - and just a half block walk to Charlie’s market and the beach. Couple block walk to two different bays and a few restaurants. Matt was very responsive to all communication. My family and I would definitely stay here again.
