This quaint house on Ocean St is located just a 2-minute walk to beautiful Footbridge beach. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is one bathroom as well as an eat in kitchen with a washer and dryer. The living room includes a sofa with a pull out queen size memory foam bed and TV. There are air conditioners and ceiling fans in every room.
There is a shed in the yard that is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, fishing pole

Stayed Sep 2, 2023We had an amazing stay, the house was super clean and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We lucked out and had great weather and hit the beach every day, the proximity of the house to the beach is unmatched. Also, the property had PLENTY of beach chairs/beach toys etc., definitely regretted packing our own! We walked to downtown Ogunquit a few nights, which was about 20 minutes away - we even walked the beach straight down one of the nights. Just a great stay, can’t say enough good things about Steve or the property!

Stayed Sep 17, 2022Perfect location and clean, but has a very musty smell and I did not feel well in the house. All my clothes ended up smelling like the house, which I really noticed when I got home and opened my suitcase. They have a dehumidifier running constantly in the basement. I suspect there is mold. It’s too bad because the house is adorable and the location can’t be beat and the hosts were great.

Stayed Sep 3, 2022We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental, a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in New England. Steve and Margi, the owners/hosts, made sure we were able to reach them if needed. Clean and very comfortable, this property is well maintained. Great restaurants nearby and lots to do in this area... We hope to return next year!

Stayed Jun 18, 2022Cottage was perfectly sized for my family of four. Communication with the hosts was easy and we were very comfortable during our stay. Footbridge beach is a 5 minute walk away and is the best beach I have visited in Southern Maine--spacious, beautiful surf, and the June beach roses were just gorgeous. Would highly recommend and would be happy to book again!

Stayed Jul 2, 2022My family and I enjoyed staying here for a perfect week at Footbridge beach. The owners had great communication and we had everything we needed. The location is amazing. The beach was so close. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance and the trolley stop is pretty much right out the front door, so you get to avoid all the traffic of downtown. We look forward to being able to return in the future.

Walking. distance to at least 4 restaurants. Beautiful beach. Owners responsive. We had a very nice time and would consider this rental again in the future.
