This 4 bedroom 2 full bath home offers a simple coastal style that is both modern and comfortable. The home has just undergone a full reconstruction and every surface is virtually brand new. The home features a stunning kitchen with center island, dining room with a picture window allowing natural light to fill the space, a living room with a TV and faux fireplace, and a sunroom with a dining and sitting area – all of which are wonderful spaces for group gatherings! The side yard features a beautiful stone patio, dining set, a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a grassy yard perfect for lawn games or to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surrounding. Additionally the home includes central air conditioning, WiFi, Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, lobster pot and tools, washer/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, yard games, and all linens and bath towels.

Check in was very easy. Host was very clear with instructions and easy to communicate with. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed!
