FIRST FLOOR
When you step inside from the covered front porch, you'll find a large open living area with stunning modern decor featuring a queen sleeper sectional and leather accent chairs. You'll appreciate the extra-large Smart TV and DVD player and stereo system in this space, so you can stream your favorite TV shows, movies, and music. The large dining table seats up to 10, with space for 4 more at the kitchen counter.

The spacious, open kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare your favorite vacation meals. An island, separate pantry and lots of counter space offer plenty of room for multiple cooks. You'll find all the dishes, pans, and utensils you may need, a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, and a regular drip coffee maker. We want you to feel at home, and the large, open layout is a perfect gathering spot for your family or friends.

KING BEDROOM SUITE #1 - with Ensuite Bathroom -1st Floor
The Mondrian Suite on the 1st floor features a KING BED and private access to the front porch. You'll also appreciate the convenience of the attached private bathroom. This suite has a large smart TV so guests can stream their favorite movies or shows. The well-appointed ensuite features a single sink with storage beneath, a commode and a tub/shower combination.

This half bath is convenient for everyone on the 1st floor.

SECOND FLOOR

KING BEDROOM SUITE #2 – with Ensuite Bathroom - 2nd Floor
The Safari Suite is a huge bedroom featuring a KING BED, full-size dresser, two nightstands with lamps, and a large closet. As the largest bedroom in the home, this is a welcoming retreat, with private access to the balcony and a smart TV/DVD. The super spacious private ensuite bathroom features an extra-large vanity with double sinks and drawers, commode, a large soaker tub, and separate walk-in shower.

KING BEDROOM SUITE #3 - with Ensuite Bathroom - 2nd Floor
The Espresso Suite features a KING BED, two large bedside tables with lamps, a dresser, and a closet. From this room, you can step out to the second-floor balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day at the beach. This suite has a large smart TV so guests can stream their favorite movies or shows. The well-appointed private ensuite features a single sink with storage beneath, a commode and a tub/shower combination.

Bedroom #4 - DOUBLE BUNK ROOM - 2nd Floor
The Rack'm Stack'm Suite is a favorite spot for children. With two sets of twin bunks, up to four children (or two adults) can rest comfortably or just hang out in this space which includes a TV/DVD. The dedicated full bathroom is adjacent to this room offering bunk room guests a single sink with storage beneath, a commode and a walk-in shower.

THIRD FLOOR “TIKI TOWER”

This is a favorite spot to take in the panoramic views of the Crystal Beach area. This 3rd-floor space is surrounded by windows and you can step out onto separate balconies with seating on the east and west sides -- take your pick of which view to enjoy - sunrise or sunset! Inside, there's a bistro table and chairs -- perfect for a game of cards or perhaps a quiet cup of coffee in the morning.

The home is also equipped with Guardian in-duct air purifiers.

CABANA BLUE-GUEST HOUSE

Bedroom #5 QUEEN BEDROOM SUITE
The Cabana Blue Suite features a QUEEN BED, flat screen TV/DVD, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite features a sink, commode and tub/shower combination.

The adjacent Cabana Lounge offers a queen sleeper sofa, TV and fully equipped kitchenette: microwave, coffee maker, sink, mini-fridge, dishes, and dining table for 2-4. Best of all, you can walk directly out to the pool from the bedroom or the lounge.

PRIVATE POOL & OUTDOOR AREA
The outdoor space of this home is simply amazing! The 12' x 24' private pool is surrounded by three levels of beautiful decks and pergola. With ample seating (lounge chairs and dining) throughout the space, your entire group can enjoy the sun or the shade. There's a large gas grill for you to prepare your favorite meals and plenty of tables and seating for poolside dining. And for your children's safety, there are alarms on the doors leading to the pool from the main house and the cabana house. Pool heat is available for an additional fee. There's also a Bluetooth connection to the poolside speakers in the living room.

PET FRIENDLY
We are pet friendly and welcome your dogs in our home. There is a $300 per dog extra fee and your dog must be pre-approved by the owner. Only dogs allowed (no other pets.) Please include the breed/size/age of your dogs in your inquiry for pre-approval.

OPTIONAL GOLF CART RENTAL!
Make getting around even easier during your stay. Golf carts can be rented for as little as 2 days or for the full week, and will be delivered directly to the property—ready for you upon arrival.
Please note: renter must have a valid driver's license and active auto insurance to operate the golf cart.

PERFECT BEACH LOCATION
Crystal beach is mostly residential, which contributes to the quietness of the neighborhood. Only a few steps away is the Shirah Street beach access, and the much larger 'Shore at Crystal Beach Park' with a pavilion and bathrooms is only 2 half-blocks down from there at Hutchinson Street where you'll also find Camille's coffee shop and restaurant. We provide a cart with beach chairs and umbrella, so you can roll your gear to the beach with ease.

Restaurants, activities, and entertainment are also close-by. Destin Commons, a beautiful upscale shopping and entertainment center, is less than a half-mile away. It features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Bass Pro Shop, World of Beer, Whole Foods Market, Panera Bread, Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl & Grill, AMC Theater with IMAX and much more. You can bicycle, scooter, Jet ski and go para-sailing all within walking distance. The Silver Sands Outlet mall is not far for those who enjoy “retail therapy”!

OFF-STREET PARKING
There's a sizeable driveway in front of the home which accommodates 3-5 cars (depending on size). There is no on-street parking in Destin.

House Rules for Sterling Stay
Occupancy: Max 14 guests allowed. A
ge Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation.
Security Verification: Must complete security verification to secure the reservation.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows.
Towels Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure. Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock doors and windows when leaving.
