Steps to Beach & Community Pool! Huge Wraparound Porches in Family Neighborhood

Beautiful property, great location, Wi-Fi strong for remote work, and pet friendly! No complaints at all! My family and I loved La Dulce Vita!

Two week before our trip the property was pulled and we had another property. I can’t give an opinion on this property. From everything I saw, I was very excited to stay there.

This home was wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay in this absolutely breathtaking property. The double wrap around porches are such an excellent feature. My family and I made so many special memories here and we highly recommend.

It was a beautiful home, perfect for a family group (three bathrooms was great!). Neighborhood was safe and easy to bike with the kids. PLENTY to do close to the house for the rainy hours. Easy check in.

Home was very comfy and spacious. Terrific location to great beach area and shopping/dining.

It was very close to the beach and we loved the wrap around porch. The little box starter packs in the bathrooms and kitchen were a great touch too. We will definitely stay there again!

Inside and out, this is an amazing home to vacation in. Exterior was amazing with plenty of great condition seating and quality decking. Inside was as described and had nice add ons with typically forgotten items. Very clean and up to date inside. Very happy with our stay. Watch for some extra service fees that were not well outlined or explained.

House was accurate to description on VRBO. Furnished cute, great wrap around porches on both levels, close to beach and quiet neighborhood. Stay here, u won’t regret it.

This is such a cute home with great proximity to the beach, coffee, restaurants, groceries and all the Destin activities. We had more than enough room for three grown kids, my husband and me. Very cozy with everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

I’m going to give the bad first but please hang in there for the good because the bad can be fixed! I hesitate to rate the cleanliness “low” as I honestly need to, but I figured if I didn’t, then the owners couldn’t address the problem. We owned a condo in Destin for 7 years & I would want to be informed. I understand there is a rental agency (we rented ours directly & had personal contact with the renters), so I am not sure I can get a message directly to the owners. That’s the only reason why I’m putting this out there in this review…it’s not fair to future renters to pay the rental fees plus all of the add on fees and walk into a home that desperately needs a good deep clean. There was a musky old smell as soon as we walked in. We ended up buying Febreeze fabric spray and air freshener. The couches had lots of stains on them and smelled. The carpets upstairs had different colored stains, the window seat in one bedroom had stains & we opened a drawer in the queen room to discover someone placed gum underneath the drawer handle. It truly needs a good deep cleaning. All this negative though can easily be remedied! Surface cleaning was great. It was a clean home, meaning clean floors/showers/countertops/linens. Now on to the positives - great location & roomy! We were 2 blocks from the beach/Camille’s beachside restaurant. It was very easy access. They had coffee & well stocked supplies. WE LOVED MORNINGS ON THE BACK PORCH, SO LOVELY!

House as described and 2 minute walk to beach. Kudos to cleaning crew as it was clean upon arrival. Only a few concerns was coffee pot didn’t work. I’m very familiar with type of pot and it overflowed so I think it may have been clogged by previous guests. Also, no comforter or blankets for queen and king size beds. It was cool at night and we had to purchase. Previous renters did not take out garbage. All were reported to property manager. Directions for streaming TV in king room and access for Fire stick would’ve been helpful. Great location for walking, golf cart, beach, and food. Would recommend for party of 6.
