Steps from River & Old Town - Hot Tub & King Bd

The hot tub was nice. After the second day the chemicals seemed to bother my skin.The master bathroom was not clean behind the toilet room door. There needed to be more garbages, one tiny one in the toilet room was not enough, please think about putting another in the master bathroom sink area.The floor was dirty under the couch and living room tables. You could see that it was not clean when you sat on the couch. The clocks were not changed to daylight savings time.The fireplace was nice.

Loved our stay. Neighborhood is the perfect location and so much character. Felt very safe. A few things lighting in bathrooms not great for doing make up and master closet lighting is dim. Living room furniture was not comfortable. Over all a very nice place and I would stay again! Thank you so much.

Great and safe neighborhood. Close to old town. Very clean. Good amenities. I forgot my shampoo and conditioner but thank goodness the host provided it smelled very good! Comfortable living area for 4 of us to sit around at the end of the day.

Beautiful place with a grand King Suite!

Myself, my husband, mom, dad, brother, and his 3 kids all stayed here comfortably. We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants easily, lots within a mile or so. or easily a quick few minute drive if you don’t want to walk. Neighborhood is quiet too even though the train tracks are close by.One down side is there are some neighbors who seem against the rentals in the area, yard signs in several properties. One man gave us a hard time as he drove by for “parking” on the wrong side of the street when we were loading things into the car. We were only stopped for a few minutes, obviously loading the car with hazards on, and he had plenty of space to pass, so it felt slightly hostile for no reason.The place itself it was nice. It looked clean and well kept. We didn’t find some toys and crackers under the sleeper sofa when we pulled it out, but everything else was fine so likely just missed that at turn. Overall this was a very good place and seemed reasonably priced for the size and based on others in the area.

This property was great! It looked just like the pictures and was very clean. The check in process was easy and I received timely response from the property owner. If ever in Fort Collins again I would definitely stay here.

The home is updated, clean and cozy. The hot tub and the use of the garage were wonderful additional perks. We will book again when in Fort Collins!

We enjoyed this property, it was perfect for my husband and 2 kids (11 and 13). We especially liked the location, to be able to easily walk into Old Town and access the trail system. My husband was able to use the office loft area easily to work remotely during our quick stay. Excellent communication from the property manager as well!
