Nice Place. Clean comfortable. Nice decorations. Middle bedroom is very comfortable but the bed is a little on the small side.

What a pleasant surprise to walk into this beautiful home! From the gorgeous hardwood floors, to the stunning quilts on every bed, this well appointed home did not disappoint.. Although the Watergate Hotel bed is special, a queen bed would have been nice..

We had a great time. There was one upstairs bedroom with no spot to hang clothes, but other than that my family was happy with our stay . Loved the character and history of the house.

Great location clean house

Very charming house - just the right size for our group. Traveling for a family gathering with our children and grandchild over the holidays and needed a place to sleep and eat breakfast between activities. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked and sufficient to make an apple crisp from scratch during our stay. Beds were very comfortable. We had a winter storm during our stay. While it's an older home, the furnace plus extra blankets available made for a very lovely and cozy stay! Would absolutely come again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautifully restored historic home! We appreciated the spacious floor plan, comfortable furniture, wonderful dining table with comfortable chairs and amazing hot shower! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and the proximity to downtown is truly steps away! The host was very responsive, kind and detailed. We would absolutely stay again! The location was great! The house had great gathering spaces, lots of entertainment options, and really nice bathrooms.

Stayed here for a Packer game and it was perfect. Very clean and unique house with lots of character. Great location close to bars and restaurants - and 30 minutes to Lambeau. Host is super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

Neat classic furnishings, clean, convenient location

Perfect location if you plan to wander College Avenue or attend the fine arts downtown. The backyard is charming and allowed us to sit amongst the flowers and catch up with our friends. The house was spotless and decorated nicely. We had dinner reservations at Lombardi's Steakhouse and it was only about a four/five block walk. The owner was excellent to work with and lived near by so they managed taking out the garbage and other things most VRBO properties ask the renter to do, so very cool.

All went well good location for going to PAC.

Nice location, nice place

It was a beautiful home set close to everything of interest. The claw foot tub was a huge bonus. All appliances and amenities were great. The only thing I would recommend is turning the front room into an actual bedroom with a bed for elderly that can’t do the stairs. Art and flowers were beautiful.

We went to the Chicago concert and this home was the perfect stay just blocks away. The bed was very comfortable and it has air conditioning!

The house was the perfect spot for our whole family to get together for a momentous occasion. Thanks for everything! It was beautiful and cozy.

No complaints at all, very pleasent place to stay.

We had a quick stay over Easter weekend. Super fast booking and great communication. He were about to play games at the table and socialize in the living room. Fun space to check out. Everyone slept very good.

Beautiful house with plenty of space for our family Christmas gathering! It was spacious and well-stocked, making our stay very comfortable. The only minor drawback was the tight parking, but given the area, it’s understandable and not something easily changed.

Great location near downtown. House had everything we needed for adults and teenagers. Unfortunately, we didn’t go for a walk due to temps, but so much to do nearby.

The house is meticulously clean. It has plenty of charming touches and interesting decor. It offered comfortable sleeping spaces for us and our two teenage sons. We had planned to watch some college football, but the house isn’t equipped with a regular tv service and we struggled to find a way to stream with our own subscriptions. Not a complaint, just something to consider when booking. There are probably plenty of places nearby to catch a game. It is in a very loud area, which is generally disclosed in the host’s description of the home. Revving cars, two separate emergency vehicle incidents and Sunday morning church bells made sleep elusive in the master bedroom. But our son who slept in the bedroom at the back of the house said he was not disturbed by any of it. I wouldn’t deter anyone from staying here as long as a restful stay isn’t the priority. It’s a lovely house in a very convenient location if going out on the town is the main attraction.

Great house and well kept!

Nice property - a bit noisy with traffic & trains

Perfect for 4 pilots attending an annual fly in at Oshkosh . Just a bit of road noise making it a little difficult to sleep soundly but overall a neat stay. Nice Mexican restaurant across the street.

We chose Appleton as a place to gather and do a siblings weekend. The house was beautifully decorated, organized, clean, and stocked with all the essentials. The fact we were able to pretty much park my car when we arrived and not use it again was huge! Downtown is literallt a 5 minute walk and everything you would need is there. We did the farmer's market on Saturday morning and that was fun to explore also! If we are ever in this area again we definitely will be looking to see if this rental is available! Thanks for the great hospitality and letting us make some amazing memories!
