House was better than described... very spacious and comfortable. Great indoor and outdoor space. Katie and Josh were very responsive - easy communication. Highly recommend.

We had a group of 30 adults stay for four nights. The space was perfect for us. There were a few issues with the property, but Katie was so communicative and made sure to let us know ahead of time that she was aware of the problems and that we wouldn't be charged for them. Katie is absolutely the best VRBO host I've ever had the pleasure of communicating with - she dealt with our 1000 questions and was so quick to reply. She also bent over backwards to accommodate our early check in request. I cannot say enough good things about how on top of everything she was. The space was a little cramped for 30 adults, but we made it work! We already are talking about coming back for a future trip.

There was something to do for everyone. Plenty of room and bathrooms and the rec area fit all of us comfortably. Communication was excellent. Would stay here again!

Great privacy and amenities at the house! Fun place

The entire place was as you see in the pictures. The back and forth communication with the owners on the day of check-in was good. Their responses were prompt and accommodating. You can rest easy booking this location for your stay, there were no surprises.

We came as a family of 22- 10 adults and 12 kids. It was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and backyard space. The bedrooms had plenty of beds but not overcrowded.We really enjoyed the media room for meals, games and movie watching. The home was clean and Katie and Josh were very responsive to our questions and were very communicative.We will be returning next year!

Great place for bachelor party with lots of space and man cave stuff.

We use this property as a late Christmas get together and it was perfect! There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have a good time. The hot tub was a hit and we would love to stay there in the summertime when the pool is open outside.

25 of our family celebrated Thanksgiving at Katie and Josh's home near Appleton, Wisconsin. There was something for everyone from age 2 to age 77, including toys, video games, arcade games, big screen televisions, a hot tub, and lots of lounging space. We loved our time there, and Katie was sweet and always available to answer questions. We highly recommend this great place!

The house was perfect for our needs & exactly as described. Lots of room to spread out, relax, play games, cook or watch tv. The area is quiet with plenty of parking but not too far from grocery stores, etc. Game room was a hit with everyone. Absolutely recommend & will book again next time we are in Appleton.

Five couples gathered in the Fox Valley for a fall weekend. Katie was an excellent communicator and attentive to being sure we knew if there were any questions she was available. The property was perfection - clean and spacious. The game room allowed us to gather together all weekend. Close to Green Bay and many other local establishments for food and festivities. A perfect place to stay as a large group and also have privacy.
