    Very close to the beach access and the tennis courts. Clean, kid friendly, easy parking. No beach service for this unit. I didn’t realize going into it that this would be a problem but it was a little hard to find a spot behind the chairs that allowed a view of the water so that we could keep an eye on the kids. We ended up with 7 in the house and it was tight but manageable. If we had come with 9 like we originally planned for, it would have felt like we were on top of each other.

    Place was in a great location and proximity to town and all the attractions. The property was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice to have parking right in front of the unit, and overall a nice, quiet area. My feedback on the unit is the master bathroom shower pressure wasn’t great, and the pictures made the unit look nicer than it was. The property doesn’t have direct access to the beach, but is a very short walk to the beach All around the property was nice for my family and fur babies for the week.

    My favorite things about the property were easy beach access and that it was dog friendly. I thought it looked nicer in the pictures than in person. In person, it looked like there were shortcuts taken with the renovations. Neither of the showers had water pressure. The faucet in the master shower spun, and it was hard to get it on just right. The spicket in the guest shower leaked, and the shower was more of a mist. By replacing doors and some flooring here and there, this place could be better. There are wasp nests above the table on the patio. Overall, we were happy with our stay. We appreciated all the beach toys, etc in the closet outside. Thank you!

    Thank yall so much for the lovely handwritten note and flowers we found when we arrived. Our stay was great. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking . The guest closet with beach items was also great. While sitting outside we did have a family member sit in one of the plastic chairs and it broke.... the person is not large but the chair was very brittle. No injuries ... We enjoyed the beach daily... the surf was yellow flag most days but the weather was really good. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks.... also the agents that I spoke to several times were very helpful and professional. Thanks again

    Property needs some TLC as there are some issues with it. It’s very close to the beach but you can’t see it from the unit. Overall it was okay and we enjoyed our stay.

    Location was awesome. The master shower needs fixed so there is cold water to the left and hot water to the right. It was very difficult to operate. The floors were not cleaned before we arrived. If this place states capacity is 10, there should be supplies to accommodate those ten individuals. Ten coffee cups, towels should be at a par of 20 and heavier blankets on the beds. The ceiling fan is wired in with the lights in the living room. If the lights are off then the fan is too. We loved the location and will stay again. Just a few minor areas need to be adjusted.

    The description of the property that caused me to book it was not accurate. There are no views from the bedrooms and very little view from the patio. The pictures on VRBO misrepresented the unit. Also, bathroom outlets didn’t work, and the shower door was broken. We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed.

    Great beach access, stairs we’re not good with an infant and could use some improvements on shower but overall everything was great.
