Stay where the Water is your Backyard. Cabana Club, Key Colony Beach, Priv Dock

This VRBO was everything described and so much more! The home sits right on a canal and came with so many extras that made our stay amazing. We loved having access to kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods, and the underwater dock light, which made for a fun and unique experience.The owners truly thought of everything. The rental also included bikes, cornhole, beach chairs, hammocks, coolers, and beach towels, making it easy to enjoy every aspect of the Keys. There was even a starter pack with laundry supplies and other essentials, which was such a thoughtful touch. Another huge plus was the location. It's less than a five-minute walk to a beautiful park that's perfect for watching the sunset. The property is also centrally located, making it easy to explore the entire Florida Keys. We had an incredible stay and would absolutely return. Joe was very accommodating and easy to talk to. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped Keys vacation!

Amazing week, amazing place, amazing memories. Host is super quick with responses to recommendations and/or questions we had. There were never any worries about anything with the home. Check in was super easy. Home is very clean, well-stocked and lots of storage for all your vacation needs. Beds are comfy too! Most of the time we ate dinner elsewhere, but had breakfasts at the house and everything we needed was there. Great central location to many different attractions. Super quiet at night, rented a boat and was able to pull right up to the dock out back; super close to get out to the water. We even had a Crane sneak up on us while we were fishing (they wanted our shrimp bait). So many amenities... kayaks, paddleboard, pickleball, cornhole, bikes, snorkel gear. Too many to mention. We definitely need to come back with more days next time.

Joe was an amazing host. Would recommend to anyone. Can’t wait to come back next year. Especially loved the pool, hot tub and beach at cabana club.

What a fantastic home away from home! Everything you could possibly need is already there. From kitchen appliances, dishes, and cookware, to beach towels, hammocks, kayaks, bikes, life jackets, and sand toys - there was never something we wished we had that wasn’t there. We didn’t even have time to use all the included things. We loved having access to the cabana club, taking in the sunset at sunset park and checking each night for what fish we could see in the canal. The lights strung on the pergola made it the perfect spot to hang out every evening to enjoy the weather and family time. The house was clean and very comfortable. Joe was great to communicate with and gave wonderful tips and suggestions when asked. We would 100% stay here again and again!

Our stay at Keys Escape was a great experience. The house was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed. It was great to have use of the beach chairs, cooler and bicycles. The Cabana club was a plus. We enjoyed sitting on the patio for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Even had a couple great meals on the grill. Joe was a great host. He checked in with us a few times during our stay. We look forward to staying at Keys Escape in the future.

Very central to everything in Marathon. Key Colony Brach is a safe, beautiful community. House is well equipped with everything we needed. Fun to be on a canal. Lots of birds to watch. Having the use of bicycles and the Cabana Club was wonderful.

Everything was great!

Overall a very good property. The location is good boating access for ocean and gulf.Trailer parking is adequate for 22ft boat. Mught be tight for bigger. Nicely furnished. Only con was AC in bedroom was too loud to watch TV in there. Inch beach was a small beach, good as keys beaches go.

The house was just as advertised. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and convenience of its location. Docking space for our boat was great as well.

The property is exactly as shown on VRBO. It was very clean and ready for our stay. Dee was very responsive for the minor problems that came up, even notifying us about the town having a water main break and subsequent boil order. The bikes and kayaks are a big plus along with the Cabana Club. I can't say enough good things about Dee.

The house location and amenities were great! We could stay in one place and never get bored - pool, kayaks, bikes, beaches ... everything in one place. The house had everything we needed and more, great location, close to other attractions. Dee as a host could not be more friendly and gracious, communication was flawless. Thank you and we will be back for sure!

Our host was perfect in her instructions. She was very specific on where everything was, what we could use, etc... Weather not withstanding we still enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home, relaxing,I highly reccomend if you grt a chance to stay here, Dont pass it up.
