Stay Play Dewey - ½ Block to Beach! 4BR TH w/ Rooftop Deck, Ocean + Bay Views.

Perfect location on ocean side. We parked the cars and walked everywhere. Love the off season atmosphere. The house has plenty of room and outside balconies. Beach chairs was a plus. The owner was quick to respond and very accommodating. Definitely a place to return to and/or recommend to family and friends. Had a great stay.

This rental is amazing and HUGE! We came during the off season but I’d imagine during peak summer season it’s a huge hit, the beach is quite literally steps away from the deck (incredible). We especially loved the rooftop deck, the entire layout was great. Hosts were 10/10 with communication as well, id absolutely recommend this space!

Our group of 8 adults had a great stay! The house was clean and well-equipped. We loved the decks on each level along with the rooftop. Parking is provided and if you stay within Dewey everything is walkable and you never need to move the car. Highly recommend!

This 3 story end unit condo was the perfect spot for our annual girls’ weekend in Dewey Beach. Plenty of room for everyone, clean & comfortable. We loved the huge kitchen table for games, puzzles & crafts. It was too cold to use the numerous outdoor spaces but we did head up to the rooftop to catch the sunset on our first night. The place was great in the winter and I’m sure it must be spectacular for a summer rental!

The location is great, It is roomy and well furnished. But it feels worn. Examples, the cord on the mbr blind is missing, some of the slats on the vertical blinds are missing, the kitchen window screen has tears, the toilet in the main floor half bath doesn't fully flush, two of the silverware baskets in the dishwasher have large holes in the bottom so silverware falls through, the carpet has seen better days. I suspect if you are staying with a large group in the summer when you are outside most of the time you might not notice most of these things but we visited pre-Christmas and were inside a lot.

This place was PERFECT for two families for the weekend. The layout is great to give each family a floor of sleeping space and plenty of common room. Don’t even need to cross a street to get to the beach!! Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. Only regret is not booking another night or two!

Repeat customer, and just as happy (very) as last time. Comfortable, clean, up-to-date, with everything you could need and plenty of it. Relaxed vibe, and perfect location--beach half a block away, restaurants likewise. The hosts are non-intrusive but responsible, easy to communicate with, and leave good guidance around the house.

First time staying at this property, I hope it stays a rental for the rest of my life with these owners because I’ll rent it every year. The Property was everything they stated and more. The communication with the owners was excellent. This is the 5th property in the last 13 years in this area, and of the 5 this was by far the nicest. It is obvious from the communication alone the owners care more than any other I have dealt with, but once getting to the property they proved they care more because the place was clean, neat, had plenty of amenities, and everything worked well. Great appliances, great A/C, great WiFi, and all the little things you just appreciate when you see and use. It also very tastefully decorated and comfortable. As I stated earlier, I hope to continue to use this property from now on. My family had a wonderful time.

Great stay. Daniel the owner was very responsive to any questions that I had. A short walk to the beach not far for the boardwalk also a short walk to countless bars and restaurants but highly recommend anyone to stay at Daniel‘s house.

Such a beautiful condo with so many great amenities! The place was spotless when we arrived and had enough room for our family of 6 adults & 4 kids. It is perfect location to the beach which made it easy to transport our beach stuff 4 kids. It is on a quieter street but steps away from all Dewey restaurants and attractions. The owners were great and always responded quickly! Would definitely love to stay here again!

We had a great three night stay this summer. The location of this property was absolutely perfect. Very convenient distance to the beach with small children. The house was exactly as described. We were a group of 7, 4 adults and 3 kids. The bedroom layouts were excellent. There are a lot of great restaurants in walking distance. Although we did drive into Rehoboth for a dinner we didn’t need to because everything you’d want is right out your door. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Great condo with multiple outdoor areas and includes everything you need to have a great time at the beach. Hope to stay here again in the future.

This host and house made taking little kids to the beach easy! The house was well-stocked with beach supplies and the porches had lots of outdoor spaces to relax at the house. 10/10 would stay again!

This was the perfect property for us! We were in town for the Dewey Golden Jubilee so we were looking for a pet friendly property. We've stayed in quite a few pet friendly places - this was by far the cleanest! We loved the multiple balconies and made sure we took advantage of all of them throughout the weekend. The street was super quiet - we were able to sleep with the balcony doors open at night. Dan was super easy to work with and there were a lot of signs and instructions throughout the house that made check in and out easy. We will definitely be back!

Stayed for a week for the holiday - comfy and close to the beach

We (7 adults) loved it. Clean, modern, everything in good condition. Plenty of room, and rooms. Balconies, porches galore plus fenced rooftop with ocean views, 2-3 minute walk from the dog-friendly beach, 5 minute walk from good restaurants. Owner was very easy to deal with, too.

Had a great stay here. Super close to the beach and walking distance to everything in Dewey. The bedrooms are split between floors for privacy and the kitchen and living room are on the middle floor. There are several outdoor areas, we spent most of our time on the screened-in deck off the kitchen but there’s a very nice space on the back of the third floor and also a rooftop area with a great view of both the ocean and the bay. If you’re like me and read more reviews than the details of the listing - you need to bring your sheets, pillow cases, and bathroom and beach towels. But the kitchen was well stocked and had both kinds of coffee makers. There are also plenty of smart tvs and a cabinet full of games for evenings or rainy days. Very nicely furnished as well.

Top notch beach house. Proximity to beach is 1 minute and an easy walk to Dewey establishments. On-site parking. Spacious beach house was clean on arrival. Safe location for sure. We truly enjoyed our time and will book again and make it an annual beach trip. Thank you!

My husband and I took both of our parents to the beach for a long weekend and we had a fantastic stay here! This house provides the perfect amount of space for 3+ couples, and the outdoor seating (both covered and open air) made our weekend so enjoyable. So close to the beach and everything else in Dewey, we can’t wait to come back!
