Rental property is spacious. Easily accommodates 8-10 adults. Kitchen, bathrooms, living room well stocked with supplies. Property is near all popular San Marcos landmarks. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay during our work in Texas. The house was clean, walking distance to the river. Close to downtown restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here again
