Excellent house and worth to visit and enjoy San Marcos. Safe place, excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Thanks to the Host for being helpful and flexible. Definitely best choice !

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. The location couldn't have been better, just a very short Uber to the square and the river float. Everything was so convenient and comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

Our family stayed here for graduation weekend. Having five bathrooms was a big bonus. Nice house with a modern flair. My only suggestion would be for owners to replace downstairs couch/chair with a dining room table. This would enable visitors to have a family meal or play board games.

Me and some friends rented here for a weekend trip and it was great. It slept all of us perfectly and was very clean. Would rent here again

This place was perfect for our family. Each room has its own bathroom! Kitchen had everything we needed. Host was awesome to deal with when we left something behind. One of my best VRBO experiences. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about this Home. Super Clean, Great location, very spacious, plenty of parking. Well stocked with everything you typically need. Do not hesitate to book this home for all of your TXST family weekends.

Nice and clean, loved the idea of bathroom in each room, but no dinning table, no chairs enough to seat more than 3 persons We couldn’t celebrate thanksgiving all together

We stayed here for TXST Parent weekend. Very spacious and very clean home. It was actually much nicer than what we were expecting, and cheaper than our group piling into 2-3 hotel rooms. Our Daughter only has one year left at TXST.....we wish we would have found this home years ago. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We loved our time in San Marcos! The house was a perfect space for our family as we moved my son into TXST. It was new, spacious, and clean- we would definitely stay here again! Our host was communicative and very accommodating.

Our friend group was 4 couples visiting San Marcos for a weekend river trip. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the two living rooms gave us space to comfortably hang out in. The hosts were very responsive before and during our trip. Great access to the highway, groceries and within ten minutes of river access from multiple spots. Would def stay again.

Perfect place to stay for our family float trip. Great loft area for the younger ones to hang out and sleep. Beautiful home with great sized bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Owners were very helpful and available any time we had a question. Short drive to float the river. Highly recommend.

This house was located in a perfect area to enjoy all the fun activities in San Marcos. The owner was easy to reach and responded quickly to questions or concerns.
