Stay at One of the Most Convenient Locations in North Conway, NH!

Location is great, very quiet except neighbors noise which was infrequent and not very bad at all. Walking distance for a two mile mostly level hike around Echo Lake at the State Park. Less than 10 miles to both Conway and North Conway for restaurants and shopping. Brand new asphalt parking lot. New furnishing, significant recent investment by owners with nice upgrades, bathrooms, showers, flooring, paint, comfortable furniture, easy cable and wifi access, nice TV, comfortable bed upstairs (only one we used), easy sufficient parking close to unit. Unit was very maintained. Smelled nice even.

Everything you needed was at this property. We did not have to go and buy anything other than groceries. Very nice and clean.

This was a great clean and quiet place to stay. Close to everything we wanted to see around the area. You can actually walk over to Echo Lake or take a 5 minute drive to the top of Cathedral Ledge. You can see the ledge from the condo parking lot.We will definitely return.

The house was clean and way exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed and more. The living room was cozy, the kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms clean and full of fresh clean towels. The beds were comfortable as well.

This property is rented through Select Realty. You will need to pick up a key from their office in Conway prior to arrival and return it there. Additionally and further instructions on your rental will come from Select not Vrbo.Vrbo typically tells you not to converse with anyone outside their app so there was a lot of confusion for us when we arrived at the condo. The owner will not answer you through Vrbo you will need to go through Select directly.Otherwise very convenient location with good amenities and comfortable beds.

We were looking to be in a specific area close by a friend's home. The unit was clean, well appointed and the perfect layout for our group. Check in was simple.

Property was great. Clean, good location, very nice personal touches. Cathedral Ledge was literally out in the parking lot. Close to center of town. Close to Echo Lake. Everything we were looking for in a vacation rental.

Fresh flowers, nice and clean with plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids. Everything we needed was there. Had a question after hours, owner and management took care of it quickly. However, the kitchen was lacking every day needs, especially garbage bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, glassware ( 0 wine glasses)😀 My main complaint,was that you had to drop-off your garbage at the Real Estate office.when you have a family and you are cooking most nights, this issue became very inconvenient.The Real Esate office was ~ 30 minutes(round trip) and the main route had construction going on during my stay - which turned the trip into 45- 55 minutes long. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The pictures and description leads pne to believe we can walk out to the lake. That is not true, infact you cant get to the lake by a short walk or see it when you look out the back window. We went x4 to the location of the lake to be told we cant gonin as it was full?!?! A lake? The bathroom.... by pictures looks to be a good size. It is extremely small, you cant get in and out of the shower without holding your breath and praying that the door doesnt shatter as there is very little hopenof getting out without opening the bathrooom door and exposing yourself. The floors were very dirty There was a closet filled with pld balloons. The 1st floor bedroom had a door to the outside that was wide open we when arrived. Spiders were in every room of the house and then, while sleepijg Friday evening, I woke at 2ish in the am, to water pouring in on my bed from the vent above me. Also there was half eaten food left in both the fridge and freezer from previous quest. Which was a turn off. Clearly the cleaning isnt a top prioity. Over all not really impressed

This condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the 4 nights we were there! You could tell it was recently renovated with new flooring and bathrooms. The linens and towels were provided and were new/very clean. I would definitely recommend this condo! Just some things to highlight for families, the master bedroom is upstairs and the 2nd bedroom for the kids is in the basement. Just keep that in mind if you have little ones. It is also in a great location right near Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge and Diana’s baths and a quick drive downtown.

The rental was close to everything but also remote enough to enjoy some quality family time.
